Apartment rather than hotel bedroom, liked having plenty of space, well equipped kitchen including washing up liquid, bathroom included soap and shower gel, there was a bottle of wine to welcome us.
We did have a few minor issues - such as not knowing how to operate the coffee machine and wanting to order vegan breakfasts. These were all dealt with very quickly.
Location perfect - very close to the cathedral.
Loads of places to eat nearby.
There was one electrical item with a faulty cable, but we reported this.
Maybe it could be noisy at night, depending on the clientele at the nearby restaurants - we had no problems.

We especially loved the location and the balcony. The apartment is very cute and cozy, and we had a lovely stay.
Everything was great. Just keep in mind that it’s an older building, so the staircase is quite narrow and there are several steps, which can be a bit difficult with luggage.

Very convenient location in Alfama. Staff very available and communicative. A/C was working well.
A bit difficult to sleep with windows open due to low floor (we were on the floor just above the stores). Tiny bathroom.

Good location. Very central and reasonably quiet.
We could not unlock the door to the flat, when we returned late at night.
The people in the apartment next door helped us on two occasions. They also had trouble with their door.
The door had to be slammed to close it. Very noisy for our neighbours.
Reported to the person handling the let. She did nothing to help. She said that no one else had complained. We know that was not correct as the couple next door had complained also.
We had to leave the door unlocked when we went out.
