Absolute gem of a place! Brilliant location, great communication from the owners, everything you need really. Easy and simple instructions to get into the property. Arrived to find, water, wine coffee and a few treats left for us which was lovely. Air con worked great but there is non in the second bedroom although there is a fan provided. Plenty of extra blankets & pillows if needed - these are all stored in the wardrobes though so did take up alot of the wardrobe space. Could have done with a mirror in the second bedroom. Was great to have a washing machine, could do with a airer to dry clothes on though, we used the dining chairs 🤣
Water pressure in the shower is fabulous..drainage in the shower is hilarious, it drains but very slow!
Would highly recommend this place and I would definitely book again!

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excepcional; estuvo disponible en todo momento y fue increíblemente amable y servicial. Los detalles de cortesía como chocolates, galletas, café y otras sorpresas para todos los huéspedes hicieron que la estancia fuera especial. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo metros de la Plaza del Comercio de Lisboa, y el estacionamiento es seguro, fácil de acceder y muy bien organizado
Realmente no hay nada negativo que mencionar.

Great location, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning also worked very well, which made our stay very comfortable.
Overall, the stay was fine, but we had an uncomfortable experience before checkout. Our checkout time was 12pm, but at around 11:40 am a female staff member tried to open our door without knocking first while we were still inside packing and getting ready. I was only in my underwear at the time and had to knock from inside to let her know the room was still occupied. Also, one of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning which was a little inconvenient. I hope the property improves its staff procedures and training regarding guest privacy before checkout time.

Die Lage ist super zentral zu allem. Der Check-in war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet.
Das eine Zimmer war sehr eng und klein, hatte extrem niedrige Decken ( mein Mann konnte darin gerade aufrecht stehen!) und statt der "Airco", die angegeben war, lediglich einen einfachen Standventilator.
Wir haben ausdrücklich die Wohnung gebucht, weil ein Parkplatz angegeben war. Dieser ist aber gut 15 Minuten entfernt gewesen. Das hätte ich gerne in der Beschreibung so auch im Vorfeld kommuniziert gehabt.
Direkt gegenüber wird das Haus derzeit restauriert, so dass es sehr laut war. Das kann passieren.
