Close to tram, attractions, restaurants, groceries.
Clean and modern apartment with laundry facilities. Good apartment security. Easy checkin.
The alley location felt a little risky at night.

Overall good central location, rather spacious room
We had our room on the ground floor and it was too noisy to even after 10 pm, and the same in the morning.
the street where the building located is kind of narrow, without extra light and returning home when it is getting dark does not feel safe.
I could see some dust on more hidden surfaces in the room, e.g. bathroom vanity (there was somebody’s else hair).

The location was reasonably good. The place offers some crackers and jam.
They offer "single beds", they are actually sofas that work as a bed, very small. There were 3 dead cockroaches in the place, one in the toilet and 2 in one of the cabinets. Even though they "cleaned" the room every day of our stay, the cockroaches continued to be there.
