It looks nice on the surface level, but it's not clean or comfortable.

The apartment layout was good, it was spacious and had a walk-in closet/den to keep clothes and suitcase etc. And the location is great.

The heating/cooling wall unit was visibly covered in black mold/mildew on the outside and inside of the unit, which made me not want to use it, but when I opened the windows the smell of garbage would come inside since trash cans were located below and to the side of the courtyard. The shower head and washing machine was also visibly covered in black mold/mildew. Luckily the hand shower was not, so I used that. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bed pillows (not pillowcases) and sofa were soiled. The air circulation was poor and the unit smelled bad. The nightstands were not cleaned either and were covered in dust and smeared with food of some sort. If this unit was given a steam cleaning and had better linens, it could have been nice.

Strongly no recommended.

Only location in the down town.

The apartment was dirty and did not correspond to the stated photo; everything I asked for was quickly and carelessly cleaned. The air conditioner in the bedroom made noise like an airplane, it was impossible to use. There are very few utensils for cooking. The view from the window of the trash and construction site does not match the photo.BAD communication with stuff

Great location!

The location can not be beat. This was my second trip to Lisbon, and both times I stayed here. If I come back, I will stay here. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Everything you need is right outside the front door.

Checking in was awkward because we arrived at different times, but we couldn't check into our room until everyone arrived.

Fantastic experience!

Absolutely everything! It was modern and yet traditional! Very very clean! Great location! Loved the online experience for check in and check out! Also right next door to a supermarket! That was an awesome bônus! Will be back for sure!

Everything was great just disappointed in that odour.

Location was great The sofa bed was surprisingly good.

Couldn’t open French doors. One was broken from the hinge and the odour from outside in the courtyard well was overpowering. So no fresh air. Had to use aircon the whole time

It met all our needs and had a full service kitchen.

It was spacious for a studio apartment with sunlight. It also was quiet at night and seemed very safe and secure. Right next to a grocery store.

They just had a help phone upon check in and a self service “check in “ kiosk.

Pleasant stay in the middle of 'old town' Lisbon

Good-sized room, furniture, bed and bath were fine, all was clean, daily room service very reliable. Great location, short walking distance to river, restaurants and many places one might want to visit as a tourist. Convenience store next door.

The room (studio) was dark in the morning and artificial light was needed to see properly. The photographs did not show that - had that been clear, I would have booked another room.

Great location close to all major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Though it's an old building it's been well kept and clean.Would definitely like to stay there again when in Lisbon

First of all the property is remotely managed. When you reach the customer service through the phone by the luggage lockers, they are rude and not helpful at all. My friend and I lost money because of a faulty luggage locker. When I called the customer service through the phone, they were dismissive and absolutely non reliant and were not ready to reimburse the money that my friend and I lost through their faulty lockers. while the property is great, I will not return because their customer service is of zero help!

Mixed experience

Great location. Overall nice apartment. Clean.

Mattress was not the most comfortable, but pillows were the worst. The couch was uncomfortable, but we barely used it. The bathroom was huge, but very dark. The sink was high and uncomfortable to use.

Amazing location, good value for money, nice and clean apartments.

There were some difficulties with whole option of checking in before. At the check in machine the reservation could not be found with the respective number in th combination with the names, but after calling everything was solved easily.

Traffic noise from the street The girl who was supposed to clean after our check out was kind of urging us out before the check out time, but we told her that we would be anyway out before that time.

overall disappointed.Not sure if we ended up with the worst room, but very disappointed.

Location was fantastic, space/size of studio very sufficient. Staff very accessible by telephone on site to help with any issues.

Our bathroom had a terrible mold/mildew smell that you could smell as soon as you walked in the door (bathroom to your immediate right of entrance to apartment). I could see mold along seems in shower. It is a very old building and I am sure very hot and humid , but extra measures should be taken to fight off the mold. Room lighting was poor (including bathroom)- we had a "balcony' door that was broken and falling off hinges. The balcony was not really any balcony- just a ledge for you to hang out clothing after washing and it faced all back ends of ventilation units for other apartments.

Functional apartment in a convenient location.

The location was convenient and the washing machine was great. The admin staff were very helpful and organised an early morning car pick-up for us to get to the airport.

The sofa was so hard it was really uncomfortable to sit on and the furniture coverings really needed cleaning.

Such a bad experience.

The property was in a great location.

They made it SO unnecessarily difficult to pay before arriving at the property when it was so easy to pay upon arrival? They made it miserable for us, honestly. Before my cancellation period was up AND before payment was due, they sent me multiple links to make payment on a 3rd party site. I was hesitant and overall confused why I was paying on a 3rd party sight and they just cancelled my reservation out of nowhere (again) before any time period when a cancellation was necessary. I ended up rebooking with them as there were 15 of us and we had limited options at this point. I truly think they just wanted to charge me an additional 500+ euros for our rooms. Such poor customer service which was such a disappointment.

Nothing like on a pictures upon booking. Expected a window with a view to old town as shown but instead we got a view to the building under construction. Windows small, not as shown on a pictures. A bit disappointed. In general all ok, clean. but advertisement was misleading.

Location in Lisbon Old Town is excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars around in walking distance.

I used the code provided to enter the property easily.

The digital kiosk to get my room number and room door code was not working. I used the phone to call but the rep did not answer first time. He did answer when I picked up the phone on the kiosk the second time. I would prefer we had the room number and room door code in advance of arrival.

The apartment was nice, big and clean. The location is also good, everything you need is close by walking distance. There is a virtual kiosk reception, main gate and also the apartment are keyless. You’ll get an access code at the check-in.

The only thing i didn’t like: Full prize was supposed to be automatically paid from my card 3 days before our arrival. But 6 days before our arrival, the accomodation withdrew 60€ “preauthorization payment” from my card without any notification. It wasn’t even in their terms, I didn’t get any e-mail or a message from them. Right after i wrote them a message, they explained it to me, but there was no single apology or something like that.

very well located, perfect for some days

the bed couch had a huge stain on the sheets. I believe it was not the property’s fault, since it was closed when we arrived and we only noticed when we opened it. but perhaps it should be better if they checked that in every check out.
