Gréât place and fantastic location

Comfortable and clean

Limited aircon. No lift

5 / 10

Advertised as a 3 bed but it was a 2 bed, bathroom not fit for purpose, location excellent sitting

Location good but visible drug dealing not so good.

Light switches on dark staircase broken. Bathrooms not fit for purpose. 3rd bedroom was not a bedroom but a small room with no curtains and a pull out blind despite being charged for a third room. No hot water for 24 hours but the host did respond and got it fixed.

6.7 / 10

Great location but unfriendly welcome.

The location was great, and the living room was spacious and very comfortable.

The biggest disappointment with this property was the welcome on arrival. We got lost trying to drive to the property and although we had Bruno on the phone talking to us the entire time, he was very unhelpful and angey. After being dropped off and running to the apartment to try and get there on time, we were met with Bruno who was unfriendly and unhappy. He showed us to the apartment and immediately asked how many days we were staying and that we needed to pay him €24 which we later found out was a fee to get him to come out to the apartment to meet us a second time, because the first time we were delayed. The traffic in Lisbon was atrocious, and we would have found the apartment if Bruno or the owner had simply said the entrNce to the street was covered in scaffolding and a large advertising banner. As flustered as we were, as our men were still trying to find a parking spot, Bruno was not only unhelpful but demanded to know exactly what time we were departing in three days time! At that point we had just arrived in Lisbon and had no idea exactly what time we were planning to leave. We knew we had until midday to check out, but we had to give an exact time so that Bruno could come and meet us. Unfortunately, this initial encounter coloured our entire stay and enjoyment of the unit. On a side note, although we had been warned that the showers and bathrooms were very small, this was an understatement!

Lisbona è meravigliosa e si ritornerà sicuramente !

Posizione strategica , appartamento molto carino ,staff gentilissimo e disponibile

Tutto perfetto , un piccolo consiglio : occorrerebbe un appendiabiti in più dove poter appendere giacche o grucce per vestiti.
