Room No1 on ground floor was ok, clean, comfy bed and good shower
Ground floor are the rooms you get via booking.com right next to entrance and reception.

The room was clean and spacious enough, bed was good and comfy (headboard not so much)! Staff was friendly and helpful, truly the stars during our stay! Airco worked most of the time which was a life saviour during the heatwave.
Our room had a view to the back of the building, unfortunately directly to the balcony of a local resident who was constantly outside smoking. So not possible to keep our curtains open.
Location is okayish. Close to metro stations? Yes, but definitely a long ride anywhere worth seeing in Paris, mostly you have to change metro several times. I spent over 30 euros pp with transport for a short day 3 stay and only a few trips with the metro, so think of that when choosing this location. A few cafes and brasseries around but a bit pricey for the quality offered. If you go to Marais you get better quality for the same price. Facilities were not much of a thing but if you plan to stay outside 100% of the time, it is an ok option. This is the real every day Paris, not glamorous at all. For me it the real downside was the distance to other places,

Good clean rooms, well looked after, spacious.
Location is good but far from tourist attractions as in 20th arr. good public transport nearby.

Very clean and functional
Your service sent 2 reservations to the hotel not sure why. They were nice to remove one of them without charge.
No elevator
Coffee in the room was missing creamer/milk.
