We booked all rooms (group of 8 people). The owner was very cool and helpful. We traveled thru Croatia for 10 days (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Rijeka and back to Zadar again) and this was the best accomodation during our vacation. Too bad we couldn't find it free for when we came back to Zadar. I strongly recommend it.

The location is excellent, it has private parking space for the room
In the elevator there was no AC

The room is in an apartment block, 7th floor. The location is great, close to the city center. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was great, despite not having much choice.
Poor lighting in the bathroom due to black walls. There is standing water in the shower cabin after showering.
