Struttura molto bella e pulita in centro Zara.
Camera spaziosa con un bagno spazioso
Cucina in comune con tutto ciò che serve.
Manca solo un balcone o posto per stendere i teli e costumi
Manca un ascensore e l’appartamento si trova al 3 piano. Detto questo non abbiamo problemi nel fare le scale ma se ci fosse stato l’ascensore sarebbe stato ottimo. Manca un posto per stendere teli mare o costumi

I highly recommend this apartment! 😊 Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent – they always responded very quickly and were very helpful.
The location is also a big plus – everything is close by, so you can easily reach the most important places on foot.
The kitchen is shared, but it is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishes and other useful kitchen equipment.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. However, it was not a problem for us and overall we had a very positive experience.
I definitely recommend this place and I will gladly come back again! 😊

Bardzo doceniam czystość która panowała w pokoju także w całym obiekcie. Kuchnia była znakomicie wyposażona można było spokojnie sobie gotować lub przygotować jakikolwiek Posiłek więc oceniam to bardzo na plus.

The location is perfect and the room is simple but nicely enough furnished. There's also a shared kitchen facility to make use of, if needed. This is mainly just a sort of "use it as a base" type place, with the location being absolutely perfect for the old town. The hosts were friendly and easy to stay in contact with too.
I think it's somewhat overpriced for what it is, as the rooms are pretty no-frills and there's no breakfast included or possibility to store your luggage when leaving. The rooms are all rather close together too, so getting woken up by other guests is almost inevitable if they're getting up early!
