The proximity to the best beaches in Maiorca is unbeatable. The rooms, living room and kitchen are also very well equipped. During weekdays the support was good, they came to fix a boiler issue quickly. Well cleaned
The bathrooms were not up to the standards: the tap in the shower kept coming off and there was a lot of water on the ground from the toilet and also from the shower glass not being sealed properly. The smell of the sewage was also at times unbearable. The boiler being broken also meant we had to shower with cold water most of the trip, this is not justifiable considering how much is being charged. No parking.

Good location
Mimimal efffort gone into making it nice. Smelled of drains and mould. Outside stairwell dirty with rubbish

beautiful, large apartment with two balconies, quiet when we stayed here. could swim from apartments to the beach using stairs and swimming platform.
i hadn't realised there was no wi-fi or internet so our teenagers weren't too pleased. lots and lots of stairs which is fine if you are fit. the swimming pool is very small and no loungers which won't suit everyone.
