Tatilimin mahvolması

kaliteli ve çok konforlu bir otel ama……. Bir daha asla gelmem

Ayrılıcağım gün valizimi resepsiyona emanet ettim ama parçalanmış bir şekilde geri aldım itiraz ettim kamera görüntülerini inceledikten sonradılar kamerada haklı olduğum görünmesine rağmen Bunu benden gizlediler Beni sorumlu tuttular. böyle kaliteli bir otele yakışmayacak şekilde beni kandırmaya çalıştılar 2 saat boyunca beni otelde alıkoydular sonra hüngür hÜngür ağlamaya başlayınca kendi valizimin beşte bir değerinde bir valiz bana verdiler. Böyle lüks bir otelin, bizden bu kadar çok para kazanan bir otelin, bir valiz için bu hallere düşmemesi gerekiyordu. Bir daha asla otelinizde kalmayı düşünmüyorum. Tatilimde beni bu kadar mutsuz ettiğiniz için size teşekkür etmeyeceğim bay Walsh!!

Anlage Top - Zimmer flop

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das bekannte Lächeln gibt es auch im Avista Grande obwohl es hier schon sehr touristisch zu und her geht. Das Morgenbuffet war der Hit. Die Lage etwas ruhiger aber mit einem Tuktuk ist man in etwa 20 Minuten für 400 Bath am Patong.

Wir haben das teuerste Zimmer für umferechnet 400 CHF / Nacht genommen mit Poolzugang und Meerblick. Leider sieht man das Meer nicht mehr weil Bäume und Büsche die Sicht verhindern. Sehr schade weil man somit den Sonnenunrergang auch nicht sehen kann. Aufgrund vom Poolzugang ist das Zimmer in der 1. Etage. Ich denke in einem normalen und günstigerem Zimmer mit Meerblick aber ohne Pool weiter Oben, Etage 3-5 würde man das Meer noch sehen. Zudem roch es gar nicht gut im Zimmer. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft unter den Vinylboden und schimmelt. Wir liessen dann die Klimaanlage auf dem Entfeuchter-Modus laufen und dann wurde es nach ca. zwei Tagen besser. Das Zimmer hat mich daher entäuscht und ich würde nächstes Mal ein günstigeres nehmen wo man das Meer sieht. Die Bewertung 9Sterne bezieht sich auf gesamte Hotel. Das Zimmer alleine hätte etwa 5-6 Sterne verdient.

Очень чисто, комфортно, все на уровне. Номер был большой и тихий (внешнего шума мы вообще не слышали). Персонал работает отлично. Прекрасные завтраки (лучшие, что я видел в Таиланде).

Единственное - чтобы идти до отеля с пляжа, нужно немного подняться в горку. Но это в целом не критично.

В этот отель хочется вернуться

Понравилась архитектура отеля, номер с выходом к бассейну, везде чисто, хорошее расположение, милый персонал, самая лучшая в мире специалист по клинингу Янг По(надеюсь верное написала имя), очень заботливая, поднимала нам настроение открытками и милыми подарками.

однокомнатные номера, что неудобно для семей с подросшими детьми, так же отель был бы не плох для романтического отпуска и пар, если бы сделали ограничение на проживание детей начиная с 6-7 лет, так как некоторые малыши с утра начинают орать возле бассейна, хотя отель больше располагает к романтическому отдыху.

Wonderful, but a bit expensive

The rooms are spacious and very neat. Hotel facilities are wonderful, restaurant options are nice. Good huge swimming pool, could get busy so make sure you reserve yourself a good sun bed early morning. Breakfast buffet was reallllly good, just make sure you go there wearing something you don’t mind getting the smell of food stuck on. The staff are beyond nice they will make all your needs come true. I loved the stay.. overall was a really good experience.

Not a beach front resort - you’ll have to cross the road to get there, and pay money for renting sun beds as well. Location: would’ve been great if this place was somewhere in the center beach of Karon instead the edge.. you’ll have to walk at least 10 mins to the nearest supermarket, restaurant, etc.. 5 stars prices: either at the restaurant or spa .. they know they have good service and you’ll have to pay for it. having said all this, I still truly enjoyed my stay here !

Reasonably priced property with a lot of potential but lacks Thai hospitality and flavors.

It was a nice and clean property. I liked the room and bathroom. The colours were very pleasant and the balcony was really nice! There were two large and comfortable beds - one king and one queen so it’s a lot of space. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. The salt water pool was also quite nice though the service around the pool was quite lacking. The beach is a short walk through shacks. It’s a lovely, clean beach which isn’t overrun with people.

The staff was nice but no where as competent as what I’ve always come across in Thailand. Ploy at reception was the only one who was helpful. She assisted me in taking my bag to the room after it lay outside on the driveway for over three hours until my room was assigned! One comes to Thailand for its delicious cuisine. The food at Avista was below average and the biggest disappointment. We were on a half board plan, which included breakfast and lunch/dinner. Dinner when ordered as two courses was ok but lacked the depth of flavours. Buffet breakfast and Friday Thai/Italian dinner buffet was bland and, frankly, quite sad. The Indian buffet was a saving grace even though we weren’t looking to eat an Indian meal when in Thailand. The chef and Indian staff at the dinner were very courteous and helpful. Cocktails were average at Portosino and we couldn’t try the rooftop bar because it was closed due to rains. What what absolutely appalling was food trays lying outside rooms for hours on end. Because it was raining we repeatedly crossed the rooms on lobby level to get to the covered walkway. They floating food baskets were stinking up the entire floor but the staff didn’t bother to clear it. I understand that Thailand is probably going through a tough phase post-Covid in terms of staff. This could’ve been a wonderful property if only the staff was more responsive and competent.

Would defo stay here again & again!

Breakfast was the best thing at the hotel. There was a BIG variety to choose from. And it was absolutely delicious!!! 10/10 would defo recommend. We also enjoyed the pool area with the bar was also amazing and a beautiful scene.

Staff weren’t too friendly or helpful. More staff needed

Chose a sea view room (deluxe suite pool access) however it was. it sea view, we overlooked the pool but all we could see when we looked out was an old concrete stadium covered in graffiti - not a sea view

We weren't give the room we paid for, they gave us a corner room instead with a view of the restaurant opposite but told us we would get pool view. Checking out was difficult as they were charging us for drinks they hadn't listed under our room, they were under a different room..was abit chaotic. They are all paper based. Not good systems

I would not go again. Beach is too far away at this price.

Very enjoyable.

The resort is lovely and in an excellent location, especially within walking distance of Kata Beach. There are many great restaurants and services nearby such as spas, sightseeing agencies, shops, etc. The Portosino restaurant on sight has an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff here is wonderful!

absolutely loved this hotel, from the food to the hotel to the customer service! the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. the food was really nice too, i really enjoyed their buffets, especially the breakfast!!!

nothing i can think off other than the location i guess, it was a little far from some spots

Comfortable and convenient

Nice hotel grounds with a great pool and good restaurants and bars. Close to an OK beach and not too far from other attractions. Personel was polite and generally efficient.

More of a 4 star in terms of service (cleaning the room took ages, you had to chase pool towels etc). Food was a bit hit and miss.

The Hotel needs a face lift, didn't feel clean, all pool, restaurant, balcony cushions need to. be replaced, felt dirty, shower had mold in grout, color of hotel is heavy, needs fresh paint and color choice. needs new flooring, more marble, pool and hallway floors feel old and stained, elevator is awful. These all seem like little things but when they call themselves a resort they need to keep up the feel of a resort. Pool area felt old a dingy, pool bar was rundown.
