По сути отель 3 звезды. Похож на апартаменты! В нем Удобное местоположение. Больше ничего не ждите!
Завтрак никакой! Какое разнообразие??кто пишет вообще такое? Это видимо купленные отзывы!
Самые дешевые продукты на нем.
Даже фрукты не вкусные- не сладкие!
Сыра вообще нет! Тоже касается вафель и панкейков, мюсли, каши и т.д.
Wifi нет нормального!! Скорость ноль!!!
Территория по сути никакая- нет локаций для отдыха - видимо нужно в номерах сидеть .
Бассейнов на территории нет- только на 3 этаже корпусов - не комфортно!
Детская комната без кондиционера, как и фитнес- баня!

We love the room with direct access to pool and beach access really easy only 200m walk. The beach is nice and clean. Loving the vibe all around.
Actually the breakfast needs more variety. I eat the same breakfast everyday.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.
The room service is good and the staff super nice and welcoming.
There are two different wings at this hotel, one newer than the other. We stayed in the older wing (chino apartments) and although the building is old, it was well maintened.
There are a lot of food options around the hotel including a night market.
The hotel/rooms are around 5/10 minutes walk from the beach (all hotels we saw at Karon Beach are actually like this).

Location is good. Away from busy place. More privacy for couple. Plenty of car parks.
Breakfast is too little choice. Should improve and add more dishes. Also very limited quantity and stop producing food even before 10am.

Breakfast was good, room is spacious, the pool is huge, facilities are more than enough, even got a library.
The hotel is huge meaning there is a lot of walking to reach the room. The beach is not exactly by the side of the hotel, it is near the back door, across the road. The thing i dislike the most is the need to press the button to open a gate when I drive back to hotel at night, the gate did not serve any purpose.

Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Location is the key selling point
1) Pool cleaning and maintainence poor with pool tiles falling off, as I was in a pool access room in the corner, lots of leaf litter floating in the pool not cleaned for the 4 days despite asking for it to be cleared
2) Pool access room access was to a long lap pool but not the full pool without climbing a wall which has no steps so you can’t access the pool bar without walking all the way round.

We had a Spa room which was very large. It had two small courtyards, one in front and the other at the back but they just had gravel in them. The spa was large enough for two people and was in the front courtyard. The spa took awhile to fill up but was fun to use. The back courtyard contained an outdoor shower which I didn't use. There was a good breakfast and location to the beach was excellent.
There is no stand up shower in the bathroom. We had to sit in the bath to shower or use the outdoor shower. The hotel is in a quieter area, there are a few restaurants but not many shops. For the first two days the WiFi was very bad but they must have had a problem because it got a lot better and was fine for the rest of our stay.

Hotel is in a good location. Room is ok and we had shower outside that was actually very nice with the warm weather. Did not think to use bathtub that inside. There was no outside noices at night, that was a big plus. Breakfast was ok, but for example no cheese for your toast. Small pools with some sun beds. I would say deasent quality that matches to price level.
Cleaning was ok, but free water bottles were not always brought to room and towels missing. Towel drying thing did not stay on the wall. Swimming pool had underwater lights hanging out, that did not feel too safe. Some hotel parts seemed to be needing maintenance. Still, I would say matching to price and post covid, the quality is as expected, but not quite the rating the hotel was seen when booking.

I have never been treated worse as a guest. I cannot judge the faciliies as we have not stayed in the hotel, but after the experience with the staff I am very relieved we did not have to stay there. We were supposed to stay there in the beginning of December after a week on Phi Phi islands and the only reason we booked this hotel was because of the Pool Access room. A day before our check in I received a text message saying that our room is not available and will be available 3 days later. Mind that we booked this at least 4 months in advance. I immediatelly called the Booking.com agents and they contacted the property. The hotel's staff verbally agreed to a free cancellation and a full refund and this is when the hell started. They did not approve the cancellation in writing for several days claiming that they never received the emails from Booking.com. They would not give me a full refund, as I requested the cancellation after the deadline. The only reason for me doing it was that they let me know that our room is not available the day before. The staff told me that they don't know which of their colleagues approved my free cancellation and that they have to figure it out with a manager who is not available. It turned out that the manager was never available for me nor for the Booking.com agents. I called the property and the agents weekly, I wrote them weekly messages asking for an update. The property always put me on hold and then they cancelled the call. They have been ignoring my messages and emails. After 2 months and a very persuasive Booking agent I finally got my refund but I want to make sure nobody will have a similar experience with this utterly unprofessional, incompetent and rude staff. They have no idea what is going on in their department, the manager is either never there or doesn't want to deal with problems they caused themselves. Horrible experience, a motel on a highway has better customer service than these people.

Old world charm, very spacious and clean rooms, beautifully designed bathrooms and the best part are the restaurants and massage parlours and tuktuks right outside the hotel. Super easy access to the beach.A special thanks to Mr.JK at the reception who made our stay very comfortable.
Bathrooms don't have a health faucet. Reading lights weren't bright. Breakfast variety could be improved.

the room and pool were dirty and I didn’t get the room I’d booked and was told that I’d had an upgrade which was in fact a downgrade but booking. Com have agreed a refund and I checked out after the first night

the hotel has 2 living buildings, and both have a pool. One building is a modern one, it does not have too many sunlounges, but it was usually not crowded there, and it was really beautiful the one where we stayed, in a colonial style, had a small pool on the roof, which was also nice.
The room was spacious, and clean, but it could use some renovation (especially toilet), and maybe nicer furniture on the balcony would be great.
the manager was really friendly, and he even found a yoga mat for me.
Location was great, you have all the services around the corner - massage salons, fruit stands, a market, laundry, bars and tailor.
And they have roosters on their territory, which was super lovely.
MICE are running in a ceiling and in a fake/decorated walls during the night. If you are deep sleeper you probably never notice it but between 02:00-04:00AM you can hear a noice of fighting and running mice around the room. Caught it accidentally at one of the last nights of out stay.
The cleaning would come only around 3pm, which is usually our relax time, and they did not leave us any new water bottles and pool towels, we had to go to the reception every time!
Breakfast had a lot of variety but the quality of food was not great - 1) you only have papaya from the local fruit, never even a mango! 2) juices were all from the box and super sweet 3) the salad option was tomatoes and cucumbers, but there was no oil or any dressing for them 4) omelette station was very busy, so the guys mix up orders often, and they make a runny omelette 5) pastry and warm food were just not tasty at all 6) little tea selection 7) no local deserts. So, breakfast 4/10.

The pool access room was a hit especially with our 2 boys who love swimming. The shower head was fantastic delivering the perfect water pressure leaving us very relaxed, the room was spacious. The resort is perfectly located very accessible to shops and restaurants yet still tacked away to keep any noise off. Staff at reception were very helpful, they let us use their phones to confirm pick ups and organize tours.
The breakfast was a hit and miss with more misses unfortunately . I chose not to have breakfast on 3 days out of 9 as it was monotonous. Plenty of mosquitoes in the rooms so be sure to bring your repellant. House keeping never bothered to clean our toilet and bathroom not even once, there was no toilet brush. Our room got cleaned after 3 or 4 pm not sure if this was due to staff shortage.

the buffet breakfast was very limited. no doubt due to the lack of guests. we had stayed in another hotel that had removed the buffet and went for an unlimited alacarte menu. I feel this is better.

The location is ideal. Just a bit back from the beach with an easy walk across. Lots of food options on the way to the beach. The pool access room in the serene wing is great. Step directly in the pool. The staff is wonderful and always helpful.
I was disappointed that only the serene wing was open.

We got upgraded from Sino wing to Serene. Huge room and bathroom is big too. Friendly staff, good price, good location. 300 baht tuktuk to patong. Make sure you barter!!

Location having both pros and cons. People who like to stay in a very calm and quite place then this is the Best.
This hotel is at Karon beach. Lot of food joints available within 1 km.
Karon beach also very good but KATA NOI is the best beach in my view. All was well since weather supported unexpectedly. Cloudy weather with scattered rain.
