⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Family Stay at Holiday Inn Resort Karon Beach! We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Karon Beach and would highly recommend it, especially for families travelling with children. A special and heartfelt thank you to Manager Kung, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. Our flight was late at night, and Manager Kung went above and beyond to assist us with a late check-out, which made our final day so much more comfortable and stress-free. He also kindly arranged complimentary drinks for us and ice cream for our children, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. These personal touches truly made us feel valued and welcomed. One of the biggest highlights for our children was the Kids Club. A very special thank you to Mai and Mint, who were absolutely wonderful with our kids. They kept them engaged with different fun and creative activities, were extremely friendly and caring, and made sure the children had a fantastic time. Our kids genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, and it was wonderful to see how comfortable and happy they were. The Kids Club itself is excellent, with a PlayStation and a great variety of activities for children. It is definitely one of the reasons I would recommend this resort to other families. The entire staff were fantastic — friendly, polite, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm and supportive service really made a difference to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday at Holiday Inn Resort Karon Beach. Manager Kung, Mai, Mint, and the entire team deserve a big thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and wonderful memories. We would definitely love to stay here again! ❤️🌴☀️

Black Tea was missing.

I had booked a standard double room and upon arrival they mentioned that all double rooms are full and gave me a villa on ground floor which was not my requirement. Swimming pool was not so clean compared to the property in Patong where I stayed earlier.
