Location, size of room, pool and pool access from room and general cleanliness were great. It is across Karon beach. Food was great too
1. Requiring a deposit in cash or keep passport in lieu. This is the first hotel in ages which doesn’t take a credit card room deposit. Not sure why
2. The towels were not replenished or changed until I asked.
3. Coffee at breakfast buffet was a challenge. Cups got over, too few coffee machines etc. Despite having a Starbucks at the lobby

The pools are excellent especially for families but the hotel is rather crammed into its plot. No walkways around pool area and the Breakfast though fairly good selection wise really busy and often full

Du bliver mødt af en stor, flot og meget indbydende reception som ligger et godt stykke væk fra hovedvejen. Hotellet er nybygget og det ses tydeligt på interiør samt værelserne. Super lækre og i god stand.
Vi havde bestilt et værelse med pool access og bliver mødt af et værelse direkte ud til en rutchebane og et træ som skygger for al udsigt samt sol. Vi fik talt med personalet som var så venlige at tilbyde os et andet værelse dagen efter. Morgenmaden var nogenlunde. Grilled sandwich kunne de ikke finde ud af at lave. 3 dage i træk blev vi mødt af en kold og kedelig toast. På 3. dagen fortæller vi personalet at vi gerne vil have varm mad, dette lykkedes desværre ikke. Vi fandt firben og kakelakker på værelset, så vi fik refunderet 2 nætter og endte med at booke et nyt hotel. Vi kan på ingen måde anbefale dette hotel. Booking.com var dog meget behjælpelige og hjalp os med at få penge tilbage for de sidste 2 nætter, så vi kunne afslutte vores ferie et andet dejligt sted.

Очень посредственная уборка, иногда приходили в номер в 6.РМ, а номер не убран. Очень много песка в номере. Халаты просили два раза по телефону, на третий раз пришлось идти самим на рецепшн. В конце отдыха у многих гостей возникают вопросы от рецепшена по-поводу полотенец (то они грязные, то их не хватает???). Мне не хотели возвращать депозит из-за полотенца и я предложил открыть мои чемоданы!!! После этого вернули. ПОЗОР!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was nice and beds were really comfy. Loved to towel rail on the balcony to dry towels and swimmers.
Buffett break was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn’t know that the pool was being renovated, so a large part closed right outside our room. Our balcony looked out on a tarp and building work. The works were smelly and had strong smell of chemicals.
Room was made up late in the day so had to use same wet towels from the day before. Was over charged by 3x the amount for a drink at the pool bar. The main pool was hard to sit around and watch the children as only had a small amount of Sun loungers among guests.

The room was clean and was quite a good size with a nice little balcony.
Part of the pool was being repaired and it was noisy and smelt. The breakfast buffet was terrible. There were nowhere near enough pool side seating. We came back to our room one afternoon and the door had been left open by the cleaner all day. The staff were rude on check in and demanded cash for room credit deposit when their credit card machines weren’t working.

The rooms were nice and clean. The resort overall was clean and tidy. However, not worth the money you pay for it. Staff were helpful but not all friendly. The bellhop gentlemen and security were very nice and friendly. The front desk staff girls not so friendly. They are eventually helpful it's just not a nice experience and it makes you feel uncomfortable.
We experienced issues with the bathroom and had to be moved. The reason I booked this hotel was for the water slides and the day we arrived they closed them for two weeks. This was not disclosed on their platforms before making the booking. It was scheduled Maintenace and should have been disclosed. The one pool that was open was very small. Breakfast was not good, and half their lunch menu was not available. I wouldn't book this place again. there are much nicer hotels in the area and cheaper.

The room was big and spacious. Connecting doors allowed to have personal spaces when needed.
There was construction happening at the pool, so the stay was nosy in our wing. Also the pool was closed resulting in congested traffic at the other pool facilities. The breakfast was bland and did not have menu variety.

It is newly built but looks and feels plastic. Everything feels squashed in.
An expensive hotel yet not even a pool that an a adult can go in.

The hotel is brand new and the room we had was very comfortable and cozy. It was always clean and really quiet. Breakfast included a great variety of dishes and everything was tasty. The staff was always very kind and welcoming.
The location is very close to the center of Karon and a few steps away from Karon Beach, which is just across the street. We think the hotel is the best choice for families.
The hall is breathtaking!
We didn't spend much time at the hotel because we were visiting the island during the day. We think that the pool is perfect for children but not so charming for adults. Maybe it's not the ideal choice for a honeymoon.
Our room was pretty far from the entrance, which can be annoying sometimes. Try to get one closer.

The location was fantastic, middle of Karon Beach and right across the road from the beach.
The staff were some helpful and some quite rude. I understand it’s a new hotel and peak time so maybe they are still ironing things out. The food was quite ordinary also.

Staff very friendly and helpful all time. The pool clean and kids have great time. Next to hotel many shops and restaurants. Karon Beach one of the best beaches in Phuket. The hotel safe.
In the check in they should inform us that there is a shuttle facility take you to Patong Area. We become to know last day of our stay.

Bulidings too close. Not much sun. Pool area was not sunny beacause off the buildings werw too close. Cold pool water. Not much space for sun beds.. We didnt use the pool area at all beacause off this. We will not use this hotell again.

周边配套便利又不会像巴东那么杂，环境舒服
之前看评论说酒店音乐大声。我订了两个房间，一间是靠近餐厅的第二间，是可以听到音乐声的，但个人认为不至于很困扰。离餐厅第三间就听不到音乐声了。所以我觉得如果喜欢安静的可以让前台帮你选远离餐厅和水上酒吧的房间。
酒店早餐自助可以吃到10点半，基本上大人吃吃喝喝，小朋友去水上乐园玩，是遛娃好去处
外出时有放房间需要整理的牌，但是外出三小时回来也是没有人过来整理。住3晚只整理了一次，还是需要打电话去前台要求的。每天都需要打电话去前台通知要更换毛巾、洗漱用品，厕纸也需要打电话去拿。
酒店餐厅饮品价格略贵，一瓶可乐➕一片青柠➕一杯冰，120泰铢，换算成澳币也要6刀。
酒店入住每个房间需要支付现金3000泰铢。最好不要把这间酒店订在你旅途的最后一程，不然押金来不及花完🤣

Вкусная, разнообразная еда! Интересный дизайн номеров, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер для волос тоже очень даже . Общественные туалеты в хорошем состоянии , чисто и очень приятно пахнет ! На этом из плюсов все!
Тк нас заселили в самый дальний корпус и у нас был байк, хотелось бы все такие доезжать до него на байке, а не ставить его у начала территории отеля и идти пешком до корпуса метров 300..постельное белье ужасного качества (потеешь на нем, но главное запах ! Запах мокрого затухшего полотенца). На горках мини-аквапарка чуть не разбилась.. что-то явно в низ не так .. ( опасная та что петлей идет ). Выселение в 12:00. И ровно в 12:00 блокируются карточка от номера , wi-fi, телефон ! Огромный минус ! Мы потеряли очень много времени из-за этого !! Пришлось бежать до ресепшена чтобы дали карту для того чтобы открыть номер и взять вещи которые заранее собрали.. но кратк оказалась не рабочей и пришлось еще раз бежать на ресепшен .. никаких приятных впечатлений не осталось !

The bedroom and pool are the best about our stay! Super clean and seems very new.. my kids really love the pool. We could swim every single day there! And the fact that its just across the beach, we could see the sunset just right there. And the staff there, super friendly, always with a smile... thank you!
The difficult part about our stay was, food. It would be easier for us Muslims if the hotel caters halal food. At least it opens up a wider variety of food spread for us. Every morning for breakfast we could only eat bread and fruits. Poor us..

Kids slides and jungle gym were great.
Definitely did not feel like a five star besides the lobby. It actually felt like being in a North American motel and was very loud being on the ground floor.
No privacy with rooms with pool entrance,but no fault of hotel,
just wouldn’t book it again.

Location is perfect. Beach is just across the road, market is literally next door. A 10-15 minute walk to the main area where all the other restaurants and shops are.
Room was perfect size, lots of space. Pool access was totally worth the extra money as you can just go in and out and watch your kid play in the pool.
Layout of the hotel was well thought of. It’s a long-lengthwise property so they placed different types of pools/water park in the middle of the 2 buildings where the rooms are so even when it was busy, the pools never felt too crowded as there were so many areas to go.
Kids Club was being renovated so it was temporarily located at the second floor of the restaurant which I first thought would be a bummer but turned out well for my 4 year old who loved going. She would finish her food and ask to go there and my husband and I would be able to have an hour to ourselves to chat while we finished eating. The staff in the kids club was also amazing even if they didn’t have all the facilities set up there. They entertained my child and made a lot of art.
Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. From reception, waiters to room attendants.
We go to Phuket often and this is probably my favorite hotel so far. Definitely go back.
Not really a negative. Breakfast was very busy our first day and there was hardly any food left with still 40 mins to go but they managed to replenish after their attention was called. It did improve everyday and I believe they hired new staff to keep up with the demand which made the flow of the breakfast better.
Clog in the bathroom shower. Our showers were always quick to prevent water from spilling into the rest of the bathroom.

Завтрак довольно разнообразный: как тайская кухня, так и омлеты-овощи-колбасы-сыры, фрукты практически все представлены.
Рядом с отелем есть вся необходимая инфраструктура - аптеки, кафешки, фруктовницы, такси, развалы с пляжными вещами и прочее.
Пляж - через дорогу (мостик через речку-вонючку). На пляже лежаки с матрасами по сто бат в день, но их состояние не вызвало желания аренды. Волны, в отлив - кучи мусора, но это Таиланд. Хороший песчаный вход в море, облака, ветер и солнце.
1. Если вы ищете релакса - не сюда. У отеля просто нет территории и все толпятся на узенькой полоске именуемой «бассейн».
2. Бассейна по сути нет. Первая часть сразу за лобби - детский лягушатник. Вторая часть посередине - чаша, куда съезжают с горок. И только у дальних корпусов есть подобие бассейна с глубиной для заплыва. И в него же выходят номера с доступом к бассейну.
Итого - весь отель с детьми плещется у вас под окном, начиная с семи утра и заканчивая ночными купаниями с прыжками «бомбочкой», на ваших ступеньках сидят либо взрослые с коктейлем, либо дети в плавательных кругах.
3. Напротив практически каждого блока корпусов - бар. В «моем» баре музыка звучала с утра до вечера на полную громкость, причем одна и та же. Находиться в номере реально невозможно. Просила на ресепшен рассмотреть возможность какого-то дневного перерыва в музыке (с 13 до 15 хотя бы), но не случилось.
4. Нет сушилок для мокрой одежды и по всем перилам и стульям на балконах развешаны вещи, включая нижнее белье отдыхающих.
5. Кондиционер. Дует прямо на кровать. Очень странные настройки. 23 градуса - отмерзает все, 24 - задыхаешься. Подтверждено несколькими соседями по 6 корпусу, не только мое мнение. Дважды ломался, приходили чинить быстро, минут через пять после звонка. Не без эксцессов - летели искры, вырубало свет во всем номере, но справлялись оперативно.
6. Больших кроватей нет. Одна большая кровать - это две сдвинутые полуторки. Сверху никакого общего матрасика и выступающие края двух матрасов посередине не дадут шанса спать привычной «звездочкой». Матрасы высокие и жесткие, выпуклые края реально давят, очень заметный дискомфорт.
7. В шкафу нет ящиков. Только полка сверху. Для размещения белья и мелочевки не очень комфортно. Пришлось все так и держать в мягких дорожных кофрах для перевозки.

We loved the ambience and the hotel designed. The room was spacious and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast with variety of food. The location also convenient for us, just across the street you will reach the white sand of Karon Beach. Staffs were very helpful, friendly and services oriented. Overall resort were excellent and value for money, we will definitely be back here.
