We had a wonderful stay at Phuket Emerald Beach Resort and honestly, we did not experience a single unpleasant situation during our entire stay.
The food was very good, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff, waiters, and everyone else we met were always kind, welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed something.
We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to come back again.

Location was very good, the beach in front of hotel is amazing and there is 7/11 next to hotel, the room size was great, kids really enjoyed the pool area.
One pf the rooms had a bad smell once we received the room but after a while it was gone.

Variety and good quality
It was very busy at breakfast and not always easy to find a table in the shade.

Good for kids they enjoyed it nice water slides
The staff are a bit rude specially the ones handling the water slides, reception was not attending when we arrived u would think it would be a 5 star treatment its not
No one told us about the activities, kids club program or the property facilities NOT A 5 star
