Very pretty. Room was very nice, bed comfortable, good shower water pressure. Did not use the balcony as they treat the bugs and I didn’t want to chance them getting inside. Nice view
Having to get a buggy to get everywhere, since it was rainy we didn’t walk it but several times we left and forgot to call first. It’s would have been a decent walk to the buffet and longer to the lobby. Buffet was typical , IDA was very helpful , Don was helpful . Can’t walk to town, have to get a taxi . Hallways to rooms could be slippery with all the rain

Exceptional service
We had a minor issue …Nicky the manager was ready to make us comfortable and handled the situation perfectly. I would recommend this beautiful resort anytime.

Great pools, loved the lazy river, and other facilities. Breakfast was amazing too with plenty of choice and nice fresh food.
A little run down, could do with a freshen up.

The property is good and everything close to each other. I like to spa which Amazing staff and professionals.
The staff were not able to serve us in a professional way because once we asked them to help us immediately they responded wait which I saw them they were doing nothing. Once I asked one of them, he said we are only 2 staff.
