标的5星级，最多3星，和国内的没法比。
设施非常落后，椅子只有一个，床头柜连纸巾盒没有，空调像是吃了炸药，开低档风的噪音都贼大，睡觉都睡不好。
总之非常不推荐这家，谁住谁踩坑！

הייתה לנו בעיית עם הדוד ולא היו מים חמים בחדר.
פנינו באפליקציה ובאמת באו לתקן אך לא הצליחו לתקן את הבעיה ופניה שנייה שעשינו כלל לא זכתה למענה..
זה מאוד פגע לנו באפשרות להנות מהחדר (לא יכולנו לעשות אמבטיה וגם מקלחת היה קשה..).
זו סיבה רצינית לא לחזור למלון למרות שכפי שרשמתי המלון מדהים..

The staff were great. I both booked a few hours before arriving and mentioned the trip purpose. They got the hint and decorated the room. And when we arrived They knew who we were and got us quickly checked in and sent off to the room in a golf cart. So that aspect of the staff I give them 10 stars. They also have easy parking. And the main pool looked nice.
Honestly, a lot. It was the cheapest pool villa I saw by a wide margin, but the pool was more of a tub, and the outdoor and indoor spaces were small. Privacy was ok for next door, but the room above and the people walking nearby can can see you at some level. The bed was hard but not terrible. The shower had no conditioner, just shampoo/conditioner mix. The location was reasonable to get from the entrance to the nearby shops and bars, but the facility itself is massive, and they don't offer golf cart transport besides the check-in and I assume check-out, but I did t utilize it. So getting from the room to the entrance takes way longer than the entrance to the shops. You feel a bit trapped knowing that even small things will be a long walk. It's no big deal for me staying 1 night, but if I stayed a long time, I would have been annoyed. It didn't really feel like a 5 star place, but with only 1 night it's not a good way to judge. Actually upon reviewing what I booked it looks like I booked the paradox plunge pool rather than the king villa with plunge pool. My fault. Perhaps the king villa would have been more grand. And it's nearly the same price anyway. Regardless, if you're here for a short time and don't mind walking and firm beds then I'm sure you'll like it. The staff was great, the pool looks nice, and it's nearby to shops and such so definitely not a bad option in the area. Just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. :)

The property is big, lots of areas for relaxing walks. It is quiet and peaceful, yet the vibrant atmosphere comes into play as soon as you step out of the comfortable hotel.
The pricing is slightly higher than similar properties in the area.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Resort!! So gut gelegen und der Strand beim Hotel ist sehr schön.
Wir haben eine Villa gehabt, also mit Zugang zum Coco Pool und das würde ich sehr empfehlen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch abwechslunsreich.
Wir haben nur einmal im Restaurant gegessen und es ist nicht schlecht aber die Restaurants in der Nähe sind viel besser und aus Preiswerter.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, schöner Garten, der riesige, schöne Strand ist vor dem Hotel nur durch die Strasse getrennt. Diverse Restaurants in der Nähe.
Ein paar schöne Blumen in der Eingangshalle fehlen noch.

Wunderschön gepflegte Hotelanlage, welche täglich gesäubert und verschönert wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Gartenvilla ist groß, kleine aber nicht störende Abnutzungen an Möbeln. Service und Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der exklusive Coconut-Pool ist perfekt zum entspannen
Die Restaurants an der Strandpromenade sind nicht zu empfehlen. Dafür ist das Essen in der Hotelanlage sehr gut

Room 230:
- full of mosquitoes
- in room electrical power points were defective
- no hot water
- no water pressure
- plunge pool not clean and water pumps not functional.
Room 582:
- plunge pool leaking and not full. Pool is meant to be an infinity pool with water spilling over the sides.
- intermittent water cuts.
When we complained about Room 230 upon arrival for the mosquitoes and electrical issues at 6pm, the hotel advised they would resolve by the time we finished dinner. When we returned at 10pm, nothing had been done.
After the first night of complaining about Room 230 and the ongoing issues, the hotel agreed to change our room to 582. They requested we vacate Room 230 by 1:30pm and that our new room would be ready by 3pm. When we returned at 5pm, the new room was still not ready. We had a dinner reservation at 6pm and were late as we could not shower or change for it.
Final straw was after my husband was also admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital in Phuket after eating a banana from the hotel’s complimentary fruit basket. The medical doctors have received national advice that suppliers are spraying a new preservative on fresh produce which has been causing life threatening allergic reactions.
When we raised this issue with the property to negotiate an extension of stay. The management insisted that there would be no refunds and actively challenged us to complain to Booking.com
After we lodged the complaint, the property failed to respond to Booking.com within the required 24hr response time twice before we checked out and we are still awaiting resolution.

The big rooms
Lots, we had to check in at 3:45 because the room wasn’t ready so it meant we basically lost a day because we couldn’t enjoy the location. The room was invested with mosquitoes and we even had a cockroach visit us. On a daily basis, we had no water at certain times. On checkout, we requested that the bags were collected. We waited for a half an hour and we’re going to miss the plane so I had lug the bags 500 m to reception in the very hot weather which left us covered in sweat for our journey back home.

La piscine de l hôtel est agréable avec son bar se trouvant dedans. Le personnel est très sympathique. La proximité avec le centre était également agréable durant notre séjour de 4 jours. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité pr le matin et le soir.
Nous avions pris la chambre avec piscine privé cependant à cause des nombreux moustiques sur la partie extérieur de notre suite nous n’avons jamais pu en profiter. De plus, il n’y a pas d’accès direct à la plage. J’ai trouvé que le rapport qualité/prix n’a pas su nous satisfaire.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom residence premium. Although quite pricey (December), the apartment was beautifully located, the views were stunning and the beach right across the road. Our aircon was not working but the staff were very quick to fix! The breakfasts were excellent, HUGE variety daily.

The hotel is located near Karon beach, it isn't waterfront, but it's an oasis in a centre of a busy life, surrounded by immaculate green garden. We have had 3 villas booked, 2 with private plunge pool and one garden villa. The hotel is spacious, and you need to be ready for some serious walks, which we didn't mind as the space allowed the guests to be comfortable and have a peaceful stay. The facilities are fair however the hotel requires urgent maintenance and bathroom renovations. We were highly disappointed with the tiny in bath shower, to which my husband didn't really fit. The rooms were also quite small, especially with an additional bed for the child. Pool however was fantastic! It was cleaned daily and maintained well. Staff in the whole hotel was wonderful! Friendly and helpful. It's definitely good value for money, I think the biggest high light was location, as the hotel offered quiet space, just walk away from restaurants, beach and busy street life.
Let's start with the fact it is not a 5-star hotel. This needs to be changed. As mentioned before, the facilities are very run down, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast is ok, but it isn't amazing. The food was edible but lack of quality coffee and variety during our stay was quite disappointing, especially that it costs 550 bath per person. In general, the service at the hotel is very expensive, the food and drinks are extremely expensive. The food was good, but not adequate to the price. The cleanness and room service are lacking (especially for so claimed 5-star hotel), the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, and towels smelled (old towel smell). Both pools although wonderful to use, had multiple cracked tiles on which both my child and husband cut their legs. What I really didn't like was that kids club was closing at 6PM and was unavailable for guests just to play at, I didn't have a need to leave my child but have a few minutes play. All available art & craft was excessively expensive - I'm talking 350 bath for a painting, and no one would inform you about it until child already started painting. Secondly, the pools would close at 5PM. This is unacceptable. In the country where you spend most of your day in the pool, this shouldn't be the case. The sun wasn't setting until 6.30PM so I don't understand this rule at all.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Karon Beach. There are lots of stores, restaurants, massage places around as well.
I appreciated the room upgrade even without asking.
The staff were always helpful and smiling.
At the breakfast I appreciated the freshly squeezed juice and egg options. Also there was a very wide range of choices in terms of intercontinental breakfast.
Our room was full of mosquitoes upon arrival. Maybe they could make sure that this doesn’t happen again.

Gute Lage auf der Insel, wenn man aber zu anderen Stränden möchte, benötigt man dann doch eher ein Moped! Einkaufsstraßen um die Ecke! Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück! Hoteleigene App!
SEHR hellhörige Zimmer, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem kleinem Pool (war für uns umsonst, da wir nie drinnen waren), Türen im Zimmer nach draußen waren nur einfache Holztüren wo unterhalb Tiere rein kamen, wie zb. eine Eidechse…man hörte alles vom Nachbarn und die Vögel fingen an um 6 Uhr in der Früh ein Konzert von sich zu geben, man dachte man schläft im Freien so laut war das! Sehr viele Gelsen /Mücken, konnten nie in Ruhe draußen auf der Terasse sitzen und mussten mit 2 Gelsenstecker schlafen und wurden trotzdem gestochen! Was wir frech fanden war, dass man keine Getränke oder Speisen von außerhalb in das Resort mitbringen durfte und zb das gekaufte Wasser nicht am Pool trinken durfte , man musste alles dort kaufen und konsumieren! Für uns Frauen: Licht im Badezimmer sehr schlecht, gibt nur einen kleinen Spiegel über dem Waschbecken!

Nice family friendly ressort. We stayed in a beautiful garden villa with perfect view on the Coconut pool. All the facilities were in very clean and good condition. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. Room cleaning even in the late afternoon. Huge breakfast buffet with a lot of options for every nationality. The whole place can accommodate a lot of guests but it never feels overcrowded.

It’s in desperate need of renovation, it’s like 1999, lots of things not working properly in the room, but the staff fixed it. ( toilet, shower, fridge not cooling) it’s the whole complex that is in need of renovation, it could be excellent but it looks tired. It was better when it was Movenpick, especially the food was better then.

The location is great at seaside with restaurants and shops nearby!
Unfortunately we had problems with the hot watersupply during our stay in our 2 bedroom residence in one of the bathrooms. They tried to fix it every day, but without succes. Finally we’ve been compensated for the inconvenience. The residence itself was nice and very good equipped. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere of the hotel restaurants could be netter. A pity there was no smoothie or fruitshake on the barmenu.

Hairdryers could be up to date, hard for someone with thick hair to dry hair with something like what they had. Also, restaurants not open when needed.
