This was the perfect vacation spot for a Girls trip!! The house was super clean and the backyard pool area was so relaxing. Also very easy and quick access to the beach. The host was very easy to get ahold of and the house had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great house with a great location!The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need while on vacation. There was plenty of spices and condiments available. The coffee maker is a Keurig and can make a pot or a cup of coffee. There were coffee filters in the house and a generous quantity of K-cups to get you started. Paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, dish soap and dw detergent are all supplied. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans in all three BRs is extremely helpful.The bathrooms are tight, but clean with plenty of towels! Both bathrooms had enough body washes to get us started. Brett supplies plenty of toilet paper.The star of this property is the backyard. The pool and pool deck are wonderful. We had five adults in our party and there was plenty of room in the pool and seating around the pool for everyone. There are multiple pool toys and floaties in the pool shed for use. Brett also provides beach pool/beach towels.In the garage you'll find two beach wagons with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas...even a cooler!The location of the house is ideal for parking your car and walking everywhere...to the beach, to the restaurants, to the park, etc...We've been to IRB multiple times and continue to appreciate it more each time we visit. The local "quiet hours" (from10PM - 7AM) seemed to be honored by everyone. IRB is your destination if you want to chill and relax and this house allowed us to do that.
