We stayed at this home for the second time and are going back. It is beautiful inside and out. The pool area in the back yard is resort like. It is 2 blocks walk to beach and trolly stop. Great kitchen and living areas. Laundry. 3 BR and two baths. Very Clean. A must stay!!

Definitely a great family getaway. We loved the backyard setting and beautiful pool. Home was clean and well equipped with all amenities needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and to several local bars/restaurants. We will be back!

The “Green House” as our kids call it is the perfect spot right near the beach that has an awesome backyard and pool to make all the core memories!

The house and yard are a fantastic example of a Florida beach bungalow. It is exactly how it reads. Brett’s communication was excellent and timely.

Proximity to the beach is excellent. Lots of options for eating out. Lots of amenities at the house for kids.

My family loves IRB, and this was our first stay at this house. It was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the nearest beach access point is currently our, due to a recent hurricane, making the walk to the beach a bit longer (obviously no fault of the home, but can be an issue if mobility is a concern). I would 100% stay in this home again.

This property made for the perfect week long family vacation to the beach! All of the beach equipment: chairs, umbrella, toys, floats, wagon and cooler were so nice to have available. The house was well stocked with spices, coffee pods, soaps and towels. My only recommendation for future guests would be to bring your own toilet paper and storage containers for leftovers if you like to cook at home instead of eating out like my family does; otherwise, this property has everything and more to make your stay perfect!!!

This was the perfect home for Husband/Dad's 60th Birthday Celebration. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, but the highlight was definitely the backyard. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful pool and Florida weather. Home is nicely spread out with 2 separate areas to hang out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great house to spend their vacation. Hope to be back soon...

We looked at SOOO many places and we really wanted a PRIVATE pool, but also EASY access to the beach and this place checked those boxes and then some! We absolutely loved this place! The grill worked great and functional kitchen got the job done for us to cook almost every meal! I enjoyed using 1 of the 3 adult bikes for a daily ride to check out the area. We loaded the trolly with 4 beach chairs,2 boogie boards,umbrella, and a cooler for a SHORT walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). It was GREAT to have all of that available to us to use. The shed is also loaded with floaties and toys to keep the saltwater pool life fun!
If I HAD to improve anything at all it would be:
1. Single Ply toilet paper - C'mon, our butts are on vacation too, let's treat em accordingly # ; )
2. Pillow cases for all the extra pillows (finding the perfect height with a mix of pillows is always a challenge so that would be helpful.)
3. No "blackout" curtains so it is bright, early, so not easy to sleep in.

This is our third stay at this cottage in IRB and it was just as great as the first! The location to beach cannot be beat, pool in premises is perfect for our groups and we were very comfortable there.

Awesome location, only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, public access at 21st Avenue. Great pool, very clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants (be forewarned many places are closed Mondays or Mon & Tue). We’ve stayed in the area many times, always in a condo. This was our favorite place. Only one complaint and that’s that a previous guest stained and scratched a lot of the pans. There were four of us staying here, and both my teenage kids had their own room. We also had family members visit us and there was ample room for us to have dinner and hang out together. The grill worked great. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This property had the perfect location! The decor is fun and beachy and the backyard/pool was spacious. The perfect spot to hang with friends and family. They supply everything we needed for pool/ beach. We were very comfortable and will plan on returning in the future! Brett was very responsive when we contacted him. Very pleased with our stay!

Great house with amazing backyard pool! Been said before but the pool area is an oasis. Very relaxing. Inside was wonderful for family time to just hang out and be together. Short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful VBRO beach rental near Indian Rocks Beach! The property was immaculately maintained, with a sparkling pool that provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. Not only was the location unbeatable—just a stone's throw away from the pristine sandy beach—but the interior was beautifully decorated, featuring all the comforts of home to make our vacation truly unforgettable. I have traveled to the Clearwater Beach area my whole life and decided to bring my family to a new, and more quaint, location nearby. What a wonderful chocie! This house was perfect!
The back yard was GORGEOUS! We loved that we could go back and forth
to the beach and the house in just 5 minutes. This is a GREAT feature with little ones. The beach was pretty and much less crowded than Clearwater. Kolb park was wonderful for kids as well!
We loved that we could drive to Clearwater and explore the more lively areas (Pier 60, Little Toot, Rockaway Frenchy's, and Palm Pavillion for live music) but also had fun and delicious places within walk distance or less than a mile away (Original Crabby Bill's, IRB Creamery, the French Cafe, Caddy's, etc.) My daughters have several food allergies and we were able to find items for both of them to enjoy and easily Instacart groceries for the rest!
Brett was a lovely and responsive host and we can't say enough good things about the trip!
As a mom of 2 girls (2 and 5), I confidently say book this house! You will have a great time! My husband and their Papa second that!

The location is very residential with major commerical areas just to the north and south of the home. Book it (but not when I want to!), you will not be disappointed!

This property does not disappoint!!!! My family and I stayed here for 5 days and could not be more satisfied with the home and location. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and local bars. We also rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun. The host is very attentive so any questions or concerns you have should be addressed immediately so he can be aware and take care of the situation. The weather was beautiful but not quite warm enough to enjoy the pool. Not only does the location allow for walkable entertainment but is only a 10-15 min drive from John's Pass, Clearwater Beach, and St Pete. You will be overwhelmed with entertainment available along with being able to relax in a beautiful home that has backyard paradise. Our family will definitely be back!
