The location is really nice and very close to the train stations and airport bus. Coffee machine with coffee pods and water provided just outside our door. Very responsive host. Good shop just outside, next door. We loved the balcony which overlooked a huge square.
The pillows were lumpy and maybe should be replaced.

The location is very suitable for taking daily trips to Amalfi coast, Vesuvius, Pompei, Caserta, Capri since it is a minutes walking to Napoli Centrale, it is not very walking distant to the ferry port and there are a lot of rental companies around. The Alibus left us very near the appartment so no need for taxis from/to the airport. We had an extraordinary balcony view from the 7th floor, having a view of Garibaldi piazza and the city, sunrise/sunset. The owner is very responsive, helpful. The building is very safe with several codes to get to the apartment. Prepare 10cents for the lift in the working days during working hours. There are a lot of stores in the neighborhood, lot of restaurants, Gelaterias, markets that even work 24/7. The apartment is spacious for two, clean and comfortable to rest.
Having chairs and table on the balcony would be even greater. The ones there are in the room are a bit high. And changing some of the towels with new ones. The area is famous for pickpocketing so be careful especially at night.

Well located close to Central Station and the Metro.
A nice view from the balcony
A smallish room located on the 7th floor of a old multi-tenanted building (fortunately it has a lift).
Difficult to locate as the Booking site doesn't provide map directions and the address provided is to the property's name and not to a street address.
The shower was difficult to use (a high step to get through narrow doors and taps which are difficult to adjust the water temperature).
A WC that makes a loud gurgling sound when flushed that would wake nearby guests.
