Easy bus access - half an hour via Metro to Termini. Same by bus to Vatican, colosseum etc Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Pretty quiet and very clean. Nice to not be in the throng of tourists all the time. Local restaurants were very authentic. Especially Fermento Bistrò and Cafe Belsito. The room was large and comfortable . Coffee machine made a decent espresso. Laundry facility in a shopfront of the building was really handy and efficient.
Loved having the room tidied every day and fresh towels.
The shared areas , kitchen, dining table weren’t very usable. Probably better if friends or family booked all the rooms but as a couple it felt like you were intruding in someone else’s space and the bedroom doors opened off that area. The main problem is nowhere comfortable to sit. It was more like a hotel room which we usually try to avoid.

Very comfortable and clean with fantastic facilities. The location is excellent. Away from the crowds with a more local feel but with good transport links nearby or a good 30-40min walk away from the Vatican into the centro historico beyond.

Clean, tidy, and not too far out as originally thought. Short bus ride away from centre of town and short walk to the Vatican. Host was responsive and provided good information and details.
Not the accommodation fault but very loud guests in the room next door on the first night. Loud voices and loud TV playing until 4am. Very annoying.
