Piero was incredibly helpful and kindhearted! The room was exactly as described, and the A/C was honestly one of the best we had throughout our different stays in Italy.
He went out of his way to sit down with us and suggest an itinerary for our time in Rome, which we really appreciated. You can tell that Piero genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a great stay. If you have any questions or run into any issues, he is always there and happy to help.
We also loved the thoughtful addition of the fruit basket that was brought to us! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated Piero’s hospitality.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. It's a shared house so It's expected that other guests will be in the bathroom, but a couple of the guests were in and out of the bathroom constantly. However, they were not there the whole time.

The property is wonderful and very well maintained. Its location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station, which makes getting around Rome extremely easy and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Piero was an outstanding host—always attentive, kind, and available whenever we needed assistance. He truly cares about his guests and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would only be that our stay was too short. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
