The perfect arrangement for our group (two couples with two little girls) as it has two large king bedrooms with their bathrooms and another X-Large bedroom with two twin beds. The apartment is in three levels : in the main floor there is the kitchen with the living room and the bedroom with the twin beds while the king bedrooms are a few steps up / down from it. It is a Luxury apartment very close to the Center, beautifully decorated, clean and with all the required facilities.

Fabulous property and location - lots of space and furnishings are great. We extended our stay by a night.
No coffee pods, tea, washing detergent… those little touches that would make it great. Management company are all over the shop. The lady that met us was lovely.. however from then they got us mixed up with another guest, only replied to select messages to the group chat WhatsApp.Asked for linen - no response. Said I had difficult booking a morning taxi (they told me the pier)… then no response.

I liked the location and that the unit had an elevator and air conditioning. Although the air conditioning did not work that well in the bedroom upstairs.
The host contact was not that responsive at all. The apartment had kind of a funky smell to it. The toilets did not work properley the entire time we were there. I asked several times about getting them fixed and did not receive any response or correction to the problem. I asked the day before our departure if the aparment would be available for the next night because there was a possiblity that our flight might get canceled. I did not hear back from the host until mid day the next day. By that time my flight was already cancelled and I had to find a new Airbnb in Venice to book. We had to move from this apartment to another one in Venice where the host was terrific and very responsive to our needs.
