Stayed here for 3 nights in mid-May 2026. The hotel is an absolute gem and I am so glad I picked it for a special stay (Birthday, Anniversary and Marriage proposal!). The hotel staff, especially Linda, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were more than happy to help me arrange some special surprises for my fiancee during the stay and that made it even more special.
The room was spotless, facilities are great and the check-in/out process so simple. Location is absolutely perfect with an Alliguna (Water bus) stop 5 minutes walk away for the airport trip. Every major attraction was reachable in 15-20mins walk from the hotel, we couldn't have been better placed. The street it is on is quiet and really pretty too.
Overall this was a trip we will never forget for many many reasons, but this hotel will be one of them. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to the beautiful city of Venice.

We had a wonderful stay during an April weekend. The staff are outstanding. Linda at reception and Sonia in hospitality are so helpful and welcoming. We had a room with a comfy King Size bed and room for a third person on the sleeper couch. The bathroom is big. The property is perfectly decorated. The room has a coffee maker, and tea kettle and cookies. There is a cozy relaxation room on the second floor with the same amenities to enjoy a hot drink and cookies. It was pre air-conditioning season but the windows open. It is a quiet street. It is centrally located with a short walk to San Marco square. Easy to get to. A gem.
