Keys were in a key safe. Great views & super spring, summer, autumn location. Beautiful property, plenty of bathrooms. Every room great views, lovely mezzanine sitting room.
Property described as sea views & in Balmedie ( which is right on the coast). However, as a past regular visitor to Balmedie, the property was not where we expected it to be - it was about couple of miles in-land down a narrow country lane & you could only see the sea on the horizon, ( is that the sea or the sky -type), although sea views at Balmedie are generally obscured by sand dunes anyway! However, countryside views were great with plenty of farm animals & nice & quiet. Being in-land down a country lane in November meant it was easier to be snowed-in so our visitors did not want to risk visiting - would not have been a problem if actually located in village of Balmedie as roads much better. Better description of exact location would have been useful.

The location was superb with amazing views of countryside and the sea. The house was well furnished and equipped. Particularly liked the quality beds, bedding and towels. The host was responsive and helpful and quickly addressed our questions and the issue we had with the wi-fi connection during our stay.
Everything was great and there was nothing we didn't like.

The house is lovely and great for a family of 6 we all had our own space but the living area was lovely for all of us to sit together too. The owns information and drop pin to find the house was great and easy!!! The only complaint I have was one of the roads on the way back to house had 2 great big pot holes and this cased a lot of damage to the car! How ever this is also nothing to do with the house or the owners themselves. just something to look out for. My family and /i will be using this house again!!! Many thanks
