The loveliest staff members! I was travelling alone and they made me feel so safe & eased any anxiety I had about solo travelling.
The room was amazing - super comfy large double bed, shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided, and also a kettle with coffee and tea. Also a shared kitchen if needed!
A fab location as well: 2min walk from a Sainsbury’s, 5min walk from the station and 8min walk into town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Fabulous location, close to the train station and central to Darlington. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. It was a good choice for me, as a female solo traveller.
Stairs to my upper level room were narrow and steep. Would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Staff did help with luggage, though.

Stains on sheets. Probably old but sheet needs binned.
