Procedure di check-in e check-out veloci ed efficienti, gestite da un personale gentilissimo, di cui desidero sottolineare soprattutto l'educazione e la professionalità. La vista è bellissima e la temperatura in camera è sempre stata ottima. Il bagno è completo e perfettamente funzionante, così come è stato comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito. Gli spazi e l'ambiente risultano accoglienti in ogni momento del soggiorno. Anche la comunicazione con la struttura prima dell'arrivo è stata veloce ed eccellente, e le mie richieste circa le preferenze sulla camera sono state soddisfatte appieno. Per quanto riguarda la cena, seppur semplice nel mio caso essendo arrivato un po' tardi, è stata di mio gradimento: si nota che il ristorante utilizza cibo di ottima qualità. Per quanto concerne la colazione, le cose migliori sono state la qualità delle marmellate ed il cappuccino fatto da loro. In generale il rapporto qualità-prezzo per il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo.
Nota leggermente dolente la colazione: pur essendo buona per qualità dei prodotti, l'ho trovata molto povera nella scelta. Lato dolce, a parte pane e marmellata, erano presenti solo cornetti vuoti; strutture di pari livello offrono solitamente una varietà maggiore (torte, biscotti o pain au chocolat). Anche la varietà del salato è risultata limitata.

Everything was very good. I just stayed for one night. Actually it was just a stop to continue travelling next day. However, I would have liked to stay for a few more days....

We absolutely loved the room. It was very big and spacious. The best thing about it was that the room architecture was made to support you having a marvelous view from the bed towards the mountains, so you could rest while still having a great view of the stunning sight. The view of the room was just gorgeous, with a large balcony area. The bed was also comfortable.
The view of the restaurant was also beautiful – I would totally recommend breakfast serving to be moved there as it is currently in a different room with less of a view. And it’s a pity not to make the most of that fab dinning room.
Breakfast was included - we enjoyed it, the cheese options were great.
There were heating options available – it got very cold in the evenings and during the night.
Service and dialogue with the hotel staff was very good. They were nice and friendly.
I would totally recommend this location if only just if you want a gorgeous view of the over 2600 and 3000 mountains, hear the cow bells as the cow go to sleep, the sound of a river and just enjoy the nature sounds. It’s purely beautiful.
The bathroom was very small, we barely fit in it and in the shower there was no space to put any bathroom toiletries. Yes, the hotel provided toiletries, but if you had any of your own, you had no space to put them without having to bend down in the shower.
The restaurant prices were very high. The food was good, but it was simple meals like spaghetti or Stitzel or sandwiches, but I personally found the pricing way too high.
Everything closes at 6 am in the local village and in most Swiss shops, so get food early or you’ll end up eating in a pricey place with little options.
Luggage help – as the hotel has no lift, some support with luggage should be offered.
