Baustil und Ambiente ist super
Bin mir eher vorgekommen wie in einem Hundeheim, und noch in Begleitung schreiender Kinder! Essen im Crap Naros war mässig, Siedfleisch trocken, und viel zu eng, nur noch Masse ohne Qualität.
Veloabstellplätze mit Ladestation billig und nicht dieser Hotelqualität angemessen. Das Restaurant Guarda Val 16 GaultMillau war TOP.
Für mich stimmt das Konzept im sehr hohen Preisniveau nicht ganz überein, da gibt es deutlich besseres.

Uiterst charmante locatie, top personeel, mooi ontbijtbuffet
De prijs van beide restaurants is regelrecht overdreven, het ergst is nog de wijn: uit 1 fles worden 18 glaasjes van 40cl gepuurd (in België zijn er dat 7!) die dan aan ruim 15€/glas verkocht worden (omgerekend 280€ voor een fles van 40€ in de handel). De gerechten in het gastronomisch restaurant zijn te wisselend van niveau voor een 1 Michelin ster en in het bistrot restaurant was zowel de kaart als de kwaliteit van de ingrediënten teleurstellend. Vlees met weinig smaak wordt voor ruim 60€ pp geserveerd.
Maar de bediening is dan weeral top. Spijtige combinatie.

The farmhouse vibe of the property and the outdoor hot tub
The staff seemed annoyed when you asked questions. They didn't seem genuine. The Michelin restaurant was a HUGE let down and giant waste of money. Once we were seated at our table, we waited for 29 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us or bring us even the drink menu. The food was ordinary and bland. We've eaten at plenty of beautiful restaurants all over the world and left wondering how this place earned a star. When we brought this up to the reception, their reply was "next time you should come during the week...it isn't as good on the weekend because they are busy." WHAT?!!! So maybe we should have gotten the meal for 1/2 price then. Overall we were extremely disappointed in the stay and the staff here. For the money it's just not worth it.
