Nice view. Easy access to lake and cable car for hiking.
The balconies are not private. They have a partition but it doesn’t enclose the space so anyone around you could walk into your area. It was odd.

The hotel was in a beautiful location with a lake view.
Staff was amazing and super nice.
The restaurant had a small menu but so well cooked food and the service was outstanding.
I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.

Check in is 3pm. However, the room wasn't available until 3:40pm. We were told to wait in the bar and have a drink while we wait. Service very slow. At time of check out was charged for the drinks. I explained the situation and refused to pay for the drinks. There was no apology from staff. At breakfast time tried to make dinner reservation with staff but they weren't able to confirm immediately. Found out at 4pm in the afternoon that they were fully booked. Would have appreciated a prompt response to give us time to make alternate arrangements.
