Lovely hotel in the quiet village of Tschiertschen. Breakfast buffet was plenty. The hotel also has a very nice spa which we took advantage of after a long day of hiking up the mountains nearby.

Incredible breakfast, lovely coffee. Super amazing staff, so friendly and spoke really good English. We booked only within a few hours as we were on a road trip and sat nav took us to a different place! Such a wonderful unexpected experience. The room had been made for one person only, the manager was super apologetic and even brought us a glass of delicious Swiss champagne. We just wished we could have stayed longer here. We will definitely back. The hotel itself is stunning and remote, it’s so quiet and peaceful. Cannot wait to return!

very good location and comfortable rooms

totally down-sized in comparison to the previous operators.
absolutely no hospitality, very limited opening hours of the reception, standard breakfast with out eggs
road to the hotel was not cleared (it did not snow during or shortly before our stay). We could not drive up to the hotel and had to rely on the limited shuttle service.
