Good location, easy to get to train-bus station or city center. Nearby there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket.
Marco/the host was friendly and available.
Although we knew, there were many steps to get from floor to floor.
In the bathroom more hangers are needed !

We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. Everything was very good and comfortable. The location was excellent, especially because it was within walking distance of the train station. This was extremely convenient, particularly when travelling with luggage, as it can be quite difficult to carry luggage through the streets of Venice because of the stone-paved streets, bridges and steps. Being so close to the train station made things much easier for us.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a fan provided in every room. The washing machine was also a great plus for our family. The check-in process was very easy and smooth.
The host was amazing, very helpful and always willing to assist us whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to families.
Honestly, we had no major dislikes. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Well located
Sofa bed small. Superficially clean, shower drain was clogged, floor felt slimy after one day, condiments were old and moldy (eg vinegar). Dog poop was left outside our main door one day

The apartment was conveniently located within a walking distance of the bus stop, gondola stop and the main attractions. The host Marco was very helpful with timely directions and responses to message even late in the evening. He accommodated our request to leave our luggage after checkout and was fine even though we were late coming back to pick it up in the afternoon. The place was spacious for a family of 4 and had great internet and a convenient space for me to work from there without bothering the rest of the family. The two bathrooms and the three different floors provided the right amount of space so we didn’t feel crammed at all. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and spices, which was nice so we saved money on eating out. There was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. The laundry was an added. Onus as well. The place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
