Our beautiful beach front unit is just waiting to be enjoyed by you and your family! Come relax and enjoy our beautiful beach, condo and weather on Navarre Beach. Everything is upscale and beautiful in our 5th floor unit! You will be sitting right on the beach! Nothing between you and the water. We spent the fall updating our unit with new couch and love seat and paint. The condo will now sleep 7.
Our kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need! You will love the upscale decor and the relaxing feel of our beach home. Whether you want to cook a lot for your family or just have the quick conveniences - you will find everything you need in our beach condo. You will love it inside so much you have to make yourself go outside ~ but you don't want to miss the beach beauty! Inside and outside are spectacular!
Our master bedroom and bath are tropical and romantic. You will enjoy just lying in the king sized bed and seeing the beauty of the emerald blue Gulf through the sliding doors. We do have blackout drapes so that if you want to sleep in the wonderful sunrises won't disturb you! The master bath has a double vanity and ample space. You will also find a front loading washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. As I said we have tried to anticipate and meet all of your needs! The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed - so bring Grandma along! The second bath has also been completely remodeled and is connected to the second bedroom - you actually have a second master with a second private bath. You will find ample linens throughout the unit. This is not your typical rental unit at Emerad Surf! You will get more for your vacationing dollar!
Our living and dining area is comfortable and beautiful. The sofa is a sleeper sofa and there is a priority on comfort throughout the condo. The dining area comfortably seats 6. Our furnishings throughout the condo are upscale and a tropical contemporary style. Every room has a flat screen television in it. There is wireless internet service available at the resort. You can also enjoy the Gulf front swimming pool. Come and join us!! Navarre Beach has emerald blue water & beautiful white sand - and a lot less people to spoil them especially on our 'quieter' end of the beach!

Weekly rentals only...responsible adult must be 25 years of age or older.

Beach view was phenomenal, pool was always clean and not crowded and the pre rented beach chairs were an added bonus. Only issue I had was they left no cleaning supplies, not even a single dishwasher pod. So when you come, make sure you purchase dish soap and dishwasher pods because you can’t even start one load.

The complex of Emerald Surf is well maintained, clean and in a great location. However, the following comments are to make others aware.This particular unit is not as described and pictures are not updated. There is fresh paint, the primary shower has been updated, the guest bath surround is newer but the handle and spout do not fit, installed improperly and difficult to use.The guest bath light over tub is out and paint peeling by the toilet. The ceilings in both baths are peeling with some mold, as well as rust present on rods, etc. The sofa and loveseat are well worn and uncomfortable. The king bed mattress needs to be replaced since there is a hump in the middle and little to no cushion or support remaining. The mattresses in guest bedroom are is good condition.The cleaning between guests needs improvement as there were crumbs under the sofa, and debris/dust under the beds. The kitchen is not well stocked as there are multiple pieces missing from flatware and knives in the block on the counter and the knives that remain, the handles are loose or coming off all together. I had asked if there was a kpod brewer which I was told no, and then upon arrival there was one. I believe there is a disconnect between the host withactually availability in the unit as well as maintenance needed. There are bare minimums available, 1 d/w and laundry pouch, 1 trash bag, and 1 tp roll in each, not 1 extra for a weeks rental. ALL previous rentals in Navarre far better. Will not return.
