Consisting of three individual townhomes - two one-bedroom units, and one two-bedroom unit - the Beaches Townhomes offer comfortable living spaces, modern amenities, and a stellar location just one block from the sandy shores of the Oregon Coast. Each bi-level unit includes a living space with comfortable furnishings beside a wood-burning fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Upstairs you'll find sunny bedrooms with space for storage and ultra-comfy pillow-top mattresses for a deeply relaxing night's sleep. King beds are provided in each one-bedroom unit, with two queens provided in the two-bedroom space. Each townhome's sofa also doubles as a sleeper, allowing each one-bedroom unit to sleep a total for four guests, and the two-bedroom unit to sleep six, with a grand total of 14 guests. One of the best perks of a vacation rental is having your own kitchen to make home-cooked meals, and here you'll find each unit complete with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Along with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, each townhome includes a dishwasher to keep clean-up easy. In every unit you'll find a private patio off the main level, along with patio chairs and a charcoal grill to create the perfect summer barbecue. And if you happen to spill some ketchup on your shirt, no worries, a shared washer and dryer is accessible from unit one. And, of course, there's plenty to keep you all entertained. Wireless Internet extends throughout each home for those who need to stay connected, and movie nights are a must with the DVD/Blu-Ray players and cable provided. You'll find shows especially enjoyable on the flat screen TVs. A designated paved parking space is provided for each unit, and you can even include your four-legged friends on the guest list - dogs 60 pounds or less are welcome, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. Just one block west a soft, sandy beach awaits with plenty of activities to enjoy. Fly a kite, pack a picnic, watch the sun set behind Haystack Rock, and search for sand dollars or even starfish in the tide pools. Hikers will want to wander the trails through Ecola State Park leading to stunning vistas, and diners will have a plethora of restaurants to choose from ñ from burgers and beer to fresh local seafood and specialty coffees. Bring home some local treasures from the multiple art galleries and boutiques in town, check out the Tuesday Farmers' Market in summer, or even catch a show at the Coaster Theater. Offering the benefit of privatized space while keeping your group within close range, the Beaches Townhomes provide and ideal set up for a large group excursion. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was a very peaceful place to stay. We walked to the beach everyday. They held a lantern lighting and it was a festive Christmas feeling. My family enjoyed all 3 units and I loved it. We were able to have our own space and also able to be together when ever we wanted.

The location of this property cannot be beat. We rented all three units for our whole family and loved being steps from the beach and the downtown area. The units were well equipped and as described and we received great customer service from Vacasa. The four star rating is because of two things that didn't make it ideal for our 4 small kiddos: non-fenced / non-contained patios that are on the main road and the wood slat windows on the masters that don't allow any sound separation between rooms. Both resulted in chasing around the little ones and some tough sleeping set-ups with babies in tow.

We rented all three townhouses for our stay with our whole family. The location is amazing ... just a block to the beach and really close to the downtown area with shopping etc. The actual properties have normal amenities for a VRBO and were well-equipped. The only reason for a 4-star rating is that we had four kids with us and there were a couple of things not ideal for munchkins. The patio decks aren't fenced in and are right on the road so we did a lot of chasing the baby and toddlers to keep them safe. Also, the master bedrooms aren't totally enclosed (have a wood slat "window" over the living room), so there is no sound separation - not ideal for two little ones trying to sleep in one space. Overall though, a great stay. Managed by Vacasa in Cannon Beach and they were awesome.

We rented the 3 adjacent condos for a large group attending a wedding in Cannon beach and had an amazing time. They were modern, clean and very nicely located near the center of Cannon beach. There are 2, 1BR condos and 1, 2BR condo. They all have full size pull out sofas.

This was our second summer booking the entire 3 condos for our family vacation. We have been coming to Cannon Beach all our lives (60 years) and our family has grown. This set of condos provides lodging for our whole family who gathers from around the US. Everything we want to do is within walking distance. One block to the beach, couple of blocks to downtown to the north and a 1/2 mile to Pelican Brewery and south end of town. Only drawback is that the living space for all gathering together is very limited.

Renting all three townhomes for family and friends worked great for the location, however, one set of friends ended up staying in the parking lot in a Westphalia because of how uncomfortable the hide-a-bed was. 9 people vs. 14 could stay in all three units for a group. Also, the local street sweeper loves to clean in front of the units at 6 a.m. in the morning (beeper and all). We won't choose this location the next time we stay.

We rented three units for a friend/family vacation. The location is ideal. It is so close to town and across from the beach. The units were spacious and had everything we needed (and more). It was great that we could stay in a house setting but all having our own private space. The kitchens were fully stocked with cook wear and the appliances were great. We made all dinners at home which saved a ton of money. We would definitely go back again.

I rented the three townhouses so my family could be together and apart. The units were well equipped, spacious, very clean and comfortable. We ate our meals together in the middle unit and had our own units for sleeping. Close to town and Haystack Rock.I can't wait to stay here again.
