Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed and very modern, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every single member of staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were happy. They were also very kind to accommodate us with a late checkout, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Manish from Security at the pool. I had misplaced my sunglasses, and he personally checked with the Lost & Found team, located them, and then delivered them back to me himself. That level of care and effort really says a lot about the hotel. The team truly goes above and beyond. And the beach — I honestly can’t say enough about it. The sea was absolutely beautiful, with some of the best water I have ever swum in anywhere in the Emirates. I loved, loved, loved the beach. We had such a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back very soon. Highly recommended.

Everything about the property is amazing, from when you step in the concierge, the customer service, reception all professional. Check in very fast, breakfast buffet amazing and the staff are extraordinary. Everything clean.I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and not worry anout anything. Wont be my last visit thats for sure

Room was great, private pool was awesome, breakfast was good. The butler service from Pakh was great. The complimentary personal care products were nice.

Quality of toilet paper could be better. Some of the restaurants could offer more food options like chicken pizzas, grilled chicken breast burgers, etc. Placement of cabanna is quite far relative to the sea.
