Toasters didn’t work-no fitness center as listed in listing- toilet seat and toilet tank was loose wasn’t fixed as requested

Condo was very clean, looked exactly like the listing. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms was breathtaking. Everything was well stocked as far as kitchen accessories. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

Not what i expected, the sliding windows for the balcony was messed up so you couldnt see the beach from the inside. Also the sliding door was off track and we couldnt open or close it so we had to access the balcony throught the bedrooms

The floors definitely need to be cleaned properly. Our feet was completely black when walking around in our room. The room definitely needs updating and the furniture is not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Condo could use a little updating. Living area door to balcony extremely hard to open and close. Windows condensed over. Guest tub was a slow drainer. Mainly just cosmetic issues. On the plus side. Condo is large and decorated verybeachy. Great location. Would rent again.

The place was amazing, clean, very spacious and overall beautiful. The views were breathtaking as always and the hospitality was great. Would definitely stay again

For the price of the property at the end of August, could not complain. However, the room needs upgraded especially the beds. The door to the balcony, trim needs fixed to where the door actually shuts without a gap. Causing the ac to constantly run, along with the corner that was just patched with 3m tape. Besides those few things, the room was nice.

Location, Parking and Check-In and Out process are the peak features of this condo. Pineapple Willy's is just a short walk away and Walmart is just over a quarter of a mile. The Downsides are the cleanliness of this property and the accuracy of the listing. The bathrooms were not cleaned well and the "lovely Gulf front condo with outstanding views" is only half true considering windows out to the main deck were obstructed with something that looks like fog on the windows. It wasn't as simple fog because it couldn't be wiped away. The bedrooms had great views though. The handle to the sliding door broke while we were there and the dishwasher has open wiring at the bottom. It was covered by a towel and that was it. Its possible we could return to this location but more than likely not.

We love Long Beach Resort. It remains one of the most peaceful, clean, and relaxing locations on PCB. The price is great. Though minutes away from everything, it’s far enough off the strip that you don’t hear cars and music at night. The amenities are equally as great.
The condo was clean, organized, and it had everything we needed. The split bedrooms offered phenomenal privacy from children, while being steps away. The balcony provided breathtaking morning views.
It’s the end of the season so hopefully, a new Master Bed is in the future. That with dated countertops were our only recommendations.
We would love to stay here again.

The condo itself isn’t terrible but the cheap cabinets were peeling so when listing says updated it must of been a while back, you pay so many fees including cleaning but I had bugs in my bathtub and was told my cleaning fee was for after Ieft; well did the person before me not have to pay? Also, the king size bed is very worn out and the springs stick in your back all night, it accommodated us but is EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality of the unit!

Loved the location! So convenient to everything! Beach was clean and the water was like the Caribbean Sea. We love the Emerald Coast 🤙 kitchen was checked out and spacious. Loved that there was an ice maker too…very convenient.

We really enjoyed staying in this this unit. Longbeach Resort is in a great location convenient to everything. And the beach area is really nice, not to mention the multiple pools! We enjoyed our stay!! I recommend staying at Longbeach Resort in PCB.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated! Amazing 13th floor view of the ocean. The host Michelle and Book That Condo were great with correspondence before and during our stay, checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was good. As in other reviews the patio door was frosted over and was very hard to open and close but we just used the bedroom doors to access the patio, so not a big deal to us. I would definitely book this condo again!

We always like to stay at LB, it’s our 1st choice. We go every fall for our annual vacation. This year we added our fist grandchild. We shall see you again next year. Would like for the tiki bar to be open later for evenings instead of closing at 5😊

The check in time was way too late especially after traveling all day. We have stayed at lkng beach every year for 16 years and never checked in as late as it was this trip!! Will.not rent again from Book that Condo... only from property owner from this point forward

My best friend and my brother stayed here. I was bit by something. Each morning noticed more bites. On the last day we looked and found that it was bed bugs. We notified management. They never contacted me back. Or tried to resolve the matter. I have pictures of the bites. And the bugs.

The view is amazing however the condo really needs some tender loving care the oven door was taped in the microwave handle was taped it was not clean but it was nothing drasticWhoever does your cleaning the mirrors We’re streaky and dirty, dust on the fans in the vents, it could be a beautiful place to stay and yes I would book it again but it needs updates before I would especially The cleaning end of it. It is there was six of us that went they only had five chairs on the balcony there was seven chairs but t2 was broken! very centrally located close by everything shopping was great the people that worked on site or great my only problem is what I’ve mentioned upfront and that would be the cleaning and the old appliances and stuff like that.

These condos have beautifully designed floor plans with floor to ceiling glass walls in the dining/living room as well as the bedrooms to give breathtaking views of the beach/ocean.
You will only have half of a view in this condo as one half of the living room area glass walls are completely ruined (I’m assuming by water) so that you can’t see anything through them bc the glass is completely coated, looking like a deep fog. It was so bad that we left the curtains closed on that side.
We could not use the sliding patio doors leading out to the balcony bc it was so hard to open and close. Luckily, there are doors in each bedroom to get to balcony.
Although, one of the bedroom doors had to be slammed to get it to shut. “Book That Condo” did put a new door knob on for us and fixed that issue.
The sliding doors allowed rain to flood the dining/living room area so badly that we had to use every towel we had to soak it up.
The rain also came into the bedroom doors causing the carpet to be soaked.
We saw mold/mildew also in the condo which I’m sure is due to all the moisture.
The couch and love seat were so dirty that we covered them with sheets just to sit on them.
Microwave has big cracks and the stove handle was broken. They had used white duct tape to hold it on.
The whole condo looked and felt dirty through no fault of the cleaning crew. Carpet in guest bedroom had carpet tacks sticking up which one of the guest kept stepping on. Ouch!!
I could go on and on…
“Book That Condo” was very helpful as they brought more towels so we wouldn’t have to keep washing and drying the ones we used on the floor. And was able to get sliding glass doors to at least open on one side which was still very hard to do, so we didn’t. They also took pictures around the condo of all the things that needed repairs.
Please do not waste your money on this condo until the owners make much needed repairs.

I didn’t have a good night’s sleep for 6 night’s. The microwave door was broke, the oven handle was broke and taped back on with duck tape. The sliding door to the balcony was knocked off the rail by the guys who brought the furniture in for the storm and the sliding doors wouldn’t close. I let the people know that it was off the rail but they didn’t offer to send me anybody until two days later. By then I said just forget it. I spent the rest of my vacation with the balcony furniture in the living room. The bedroom door to the balcony in the king suite will not close properly. There is no dead bolt to the main door so any of their staff can come in at any time. There was a woman that tried to get in the condo with a code and then said she had the wrong condo to work on a tv. I would suggest to get things in order before you rent it again

Couple of times no guard at the gate, property manager did not respond to request. Condo really out dated from previous property we stayed at Long Beach.
