The room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The staff were always helpful and we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast facilities. The addition of free birdpark entry attached the hotel made it excellent stay.
We did not travel by car and although the hotel staff will kindly arrange cabs, the hotel is around a 35 minute walk to the train station. There are local buses but the location was a little inconvenient for us but that does not take away from this being a very good hotel stay.

Good location for what we needed.
Staff were ok but only doing the job. Could have been a bit more helpful.
Room was cleaned at eye level, above that & you could see dust when you moved stuff.
Noise from other rooms (doors shutting, people talking) was not good.

The atmosphere was nice. The staff were really helpful, though I stayed there for a very brief time. But the overall experience was OK.
The reception and the dining area were apart from the main building. which for starter was confusing.
