Location was excellent, room was clean and bathroom had all amenities.
The stairs heading to the rooms were very narrow. It was hard to manouvre while wearing formal attire, especially wearing heels…
The bed at the top room is cramped in a corner with angled roof, so you have to be careful if you want to get up.

The location was perfect - very near the Hortus Botanicus & University and within walking distance of all the sites
The staircase up to my room (on the 2nd floor) was steep & narrow. Although well lit it would be quite a struggle with heavy luggage.

excellent location and cute houses. big rooms
this is called ”boutique hotel”, which apparently is dutch for ”airbnb at luxury hotel price”, since it’s not a hotel, neither on a larger level (there’s no staff and only a handfull rooms spread over two town houses), nor at the smaller level (no toiletries, no bathroom mat). still the price is higher than most hotels.
it’s not accessible for someone with any type of mobility issues or elderly persons since both houses have very steep and narrow staircases
