Location, staff, pool, bar service.

The restaurant is sub par. Cheap buffet. The hotel is quite nice and it deserves a better restaurant.

Very good hotel; modern and clean. Professional staff Excellent breakfast. The location among run down and dreary buildings lets it down a little.

The dinner: as there were very few guests - March - it was a menu, which in itself is fine, but the food was not hot and a bit uninteresting.
