The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was very convenient for the V&A wharf, restaurants & shopping. Access by car was good and parking was also reasonable. The breakfast was very good.
Some of the decor was a bit dated, though the room was very nice.

Breakfast was ok but buffet was cold, But Staff very good
Cleaning staff very good pleasant friendly
The reception staff/Administration were the worst I have encounter in my world travels, the women especially the one who called herself the manager, rude abusive could not care attitude and refused to help, i will not use this hotel again
laughing as they got a taxi for me to the airport which was in the agreement when i booked that the hotel would organize pick up and return, not uber but an expensive car, at the airport they wanted 650 rands which i refused to pay
On top of this they shoved a note under my door with a letter printed in bold letter that I have to pay the outstand bill of 100 rand for laundry Immediately just having paid for the full stay on checking in of 13000 Rands this was reported to a guy but i heard no feedback
