Central location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. We had a sea facing studio which was spacious and had everything we needed.
It was noisy as people above us and the the side of us made a lot of noise during the night when arriving home early in the morning.
The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t good would recommend you take your own.

Property and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would say is we were there for my sons wedding and it would be nice if with such a big occasion you could offer a little more of a confirmed option, I wanted the biggest and best for the bride to get ready but until day of arrival they could not confirm so it was hard. The bigger rooms on floor 7 which one of our guests for wedding had with marble flooring and that would have been a lot better for bride to get ready space wise and look wise. Saying that I am not complaining just saying as your front of house and back of house staff were amazing. And we had the sea views we asked for. I also understood it depends when it was booked and not booked that is why I booked months in advance to try make sure of the room.

Excellent location, well positioned to relative to other areas. Most places walking distance so reliance on bus/taxi is low. easily walk to valletta via ferry or up to St Julians.
Rooftop area is well shielded from wind and no shade from adjacent building. Pool has quite a deep end, which is unusual but welcome.
Overall
Opening time for pools both outdoor and indoor were limited to 6pm. Rooftop bar wasn't open but is perhaps seasonal.
Bathroom had a walk in shower that leaked so had to use the over-bath shower.
Air conditioning was set to Heat rather than Cool. Likely due to unseasonable warmth and management hadn't yet changed to enable cooling. This made it difficult to sleep.
We were on first floor which was very close to the road. Noisy on Friday/Saturday nights from road traffic, but this seems unavoidable.
