Good location, set in a quiet part of town so no noise pollution. Easy to get to bus stops or Valletta Ferry service. Room had aircon, comfortable beds, cupboard for storage, and a working fridge. Breakfast was pretty well stocked, staff on hand throughout and long breakfast hours.
Water pressure in the bathroom was low for most of the time. Sometimes it worked well, but couldn't explain why it suddenly worked or not. The shower was slow to drain, so much so that it felt like it was about to overflow.

The locality is very convenient, just 20min on foot to St. Julian’s and 10min on foot to Sliema center; also it is 3min on foot to the bus station where is the principal avenue.
The staff is very welcome, they have suggested me such a nice places and the best way to arrive.
For me the beds were quite soft, they had fresh sheets and blankets. And I also like that you can rent beach towels for free!
Malta is very humid and hot, so the ac was very important and it works good, I felt very confortable

The staff was very polite, breakfast was fine (although I couldn't book without breakfast), towels for the beach were also available for some money, but the room although it was very clean, felt very basic. The location is fine, very close to the Sliema waterfront, but far from the noise, and very close to the bus stops. The closet and bathroom were very good and comfortable. The plugs were fine for any type of charger.
The room felt too basic. Even though everything was new and clean, the general feeling was "student dorm room" with a very big but too soft mattress, placed right against the door, leaving you with a feeling of lacking privacy. This would be better with a smaller bed placed near the closets and facing the TV and the creation of a small hallway.

convenient location, pleasant staff
We lived on the 7th floor, the room was very humid and cold - the shower cabin leaks water, so there were always puddles near the toilet that did not dry. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready, although I had sent a message before that when we planned to arrive. The rooms are cleaned every third day, but towels can be changed every day and although we were checked in as three, they only provided towels for 2 people.
