Lovely old building, easy check- in and super clean. Good rooftop breakfast and friendly staff.

Loved the room size, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Air conditioning strong. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Tree views out of window.
The darkness of room, natural light was blocked by trees and tall buildings next door. Included breakfast could start earlier. Was disappointed they didn't confirm my airport transfer.

It's obviously an old building , and that gives it the character !
It had a lift which makes things much more convenient. I liked this !
The entrance was well
secured and I felt safe!
Only a bit of particular odour in the foyer, but I assume it was because of the hight humidity at the time of my stay there...
The foyer is quite dark... Can do with a bit more lighting!...

Breakfast food was simple but good, eggs cooked to order with a selection of cold continental breakfast options. Cheese was restricted to service by staff who were sometimes busy so less than ideal. Overall breakfast food was good.
There is a shared kitchen and fridge that allowed us to have a meal in and store beer, water etc.
There is a small dining area by the kitchen or in better weather the roof terrace can be used.
In good weather the breakfast location would be great, but we had wind rain and it was far too exposed and cold and was puddling around us. It should be more sheltered.
We were a group with three rooms, one room had an ongoing bathroom leak, towels were provided to soak up the water; another room had the curtain fall down, but this was repaired within a few hours, including cleaning up, which was good.
Ventilation poor in shower rooms so towels didn’t dry.
