The place is in a great location, beautiful and clean, and the host and her husband are very respectful and friendly.
There was a misunderstanding—I am not sure if it was intentional or not. I knew that check-in was at 12:30, but I sent a special request asking for an early arrival and early check-in. The response we received was to come at 10:00 a.m. We arrived on time, but the host actually meant only to allow us to leave our luggage, not to check in. However, this was not clearly explained in our correspondence. This is the only negative point.

The room with the balcony is a great size, no noise at all from the street, bathroom was good size and the host was lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would book again based on location alone, IF there was definitely going to be hot water.
We didn't have hot water throughout the stay, they tried to fix it. we know this is no ones fault and just an unfortunate situation, we were compensated €18.30 which I feel is a bit low having paid €200 for 2 nights, 3 days. The main light fixture also didn't work which wasn't a massive issue but still not ideal.
