The location and the attitude of the host during our first night, an Argentine guy, was pretty good.
The surrounding looks like a little bit no nice because I saw people drinking on the street.

Easy walk from the train station - and so close to the bus that takes you into Venice. Amazing helpful staff at the front desk - hugely thankful to Monica and Giulia - they take pride in their jobs - and ensured we were looked after. This has been a difficult holiday for me - as my airline lost my luggage , so it was great to experience such excellent customer service, they gave me so many tips and suggestions. Also - the rooms are sparkling clean. Breakfast is plentiful and good.

The staff was very nice. The matress was very comfortable. The breakfast was various and tasty
The room was pretty old and it was cold. Room service came and they did not sweep the floors. The sheets had a weird smell.
