I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and the location was convenient for exploring Venice, given its approximity to the train station

Comfy bed, good pillows. Good location close to public transport and supermarket.
No shower screen/curtain with a shower head that constantly falls or moves. No way to make or obtain a warm drink at the premises. Little insulation made it possible to hear conversations from room next door. Clothes went missing during daily service, and no care given to help locate. No where local to obtain good breakfast
