Convenient location (five minute walk from Mestre station with frequent ten minute train journey from there to Venice Santa Lucia) , nice clean rooms, excellent helpful staff
Safety deposit boxes in room had a run down battery problem that prevented them working. Staff at reception though helped by allowing leaving items with them.

No food or drinks allowed in room, elevator slower than a sloth, air-conditioning was awful. Not very comfortable!
