Great location, lovely staff. Modern, clean rooms
There was a smell when we entered the room, like something from the shower drain. I don’t know if we got used to it or it went away but it wasn’t pleasant. Booked a family room for three people which stated 3 beds. When we got there it was a large double and a single. When I questioned it, I was told they
could make the pouff into a bed which I don’t think would be too comfortable so we mad do with the two beds!

Great location with close proximity to Trevi foundation, shopping, and dining.
The facilities could use some renovations for more updated look. Small and limited amennities. Unable to help with transport at check out. We were left to fend for ourselves after staff couldn’t locate transport in 2 attempts.
