The location was great and central to a lot of Rome sights. The restaurant right outside was great as well. Good people and good food. The noise from the restaurant did tend to get a bit loud at night so be prepared for that.
The description states there is an elevator but this was only available every other floor. If you have people with mobility issues, this does not work because you still have to carry luggage up and down stairs. It would be helpful if you add that information to the description. Also, we lost hot water for almost two days due to a boiler issue. This was an inconvenience but the staff did everything they could to try and make it work for us.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was great, short walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Bus stop right outside. Communal kitchen area with coffee and croissants daily. Room is a decent size. Would stay again.
There is a restaurant underneath the hotel which can get quite loud late at night. There is a lift, but it stops at the landing in between levels, so you will need to do a flight of stairs.
