The staff where friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about location and things to do.
The stair case is narrow but lets face it you cant widen the building !

Very clean! Perfect location close to the train station and metro station, super easy to locate. A lot of nice restaurants around. I was there on the heat wave and there is no airco in the room, but this is written here, so we knew it before hand. It was actually fine to sleep :)

Excellent location near St Pancras station. Early start for the Eurostar.
The milk was off so had to have black tea. There are no lifts so had to take the suitcase down the stairs, as staying on lower ground floor.
