Convenient location near trains and sites yet with a neighbourhood feeling and not too loud.
Fine for my needs but some may find rooms small and lacking amenities.

We wanted a simple "bed for the night" at the end of our holiday in France (arriving on Eurostar) and before getting the train to Scotland the following day. It's very well located (<5 mins from St Pancras) and the proprietor was at reception and was friendly and welcoming. It was also extremely quiet at night despite having the window open. I don't think they offer breakfast - we got a good breakfast nearby
For the price, not much. The room was *very* small and the twin beds likewise (they reminded me of my early years!). The bed was also very soft for me and I woke up very stiff. But this may be a personal preference - others' will likely disagree
