I liked the feel of the place and the facilities and the setting around the golf course which I wasn’t aware of when I booked

A little piece of luxury for us. Lovely comfortable large room overlooking the golf course. Lovely shower and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and super breakfast - cooked to order. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the chicken tikka masala was lovely as was the lemon cheesecake
Only thing we didn’t like was there is nowhere to hang towels etc

Only one wine glass and one bowl in an apartment for 4 and only a 3 seater couch - 4 seats at the table.

The hotel is located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We stayed in one of the apartments, which are located in a separate building from the main hotel. Breakfast was included and served in the hotel building. The breakfast is mainly à la carte and was very good, with a small buffet selection as well.
The apartments must have been very nice when they first opened, but they are now quite worn from heavy use and need renovation. The shower had a lot of mould, and the bathroom was poorly lit. The kitchen was dated and had very few utensils. There was a separate top-opening freezer which was dirty and had liquid inside. The curtains had many stains, and the windows were also dirty.
At breakfast, we missed having more fresh fruit. The buffet selection was quite limited, with very little variety and small quantities available. Overall, the apartment needs much better maintenance and a thorough refurbishment.
