Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff

Absolutely lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you, any time of day, including front of house, housekeeping, bar and restaurant.
Only real thing we grumbled amongst ourselves about was lack of teaspoon in the bedroom, there were wooden twizzlers, but I have no doubt they’d have found us one if we’d asked.
Not a very far walk from town. Pretty stream by the hotel.
Would recommend.
