Staff very friendly, room very comfortable and sound proof. Very easy parking near the door.
Tv channels limited, could donwith updating their tvs to Smart TVs. Food little over priced in restaurant, home made chips should be fluffy on the inside but were quite dense. Also some vending machines would be a good addition.

Pleasant reception staff, good size of room, good bathroom, nice wallpaper, big window, good food , the little nature reserve was nice but ot well advertised
I stayed in room 115, I feel the room was referbed recently but the carpet was very stained near the table at the window, I felt that more information should have been in the room in a binder with updates available, TV broke up while watching BBC
